I just did the same job this weekend and like you I suspect that the oil coolers were fine and that it was the seal that was leaking. But just to be safe I replaced the whole lot. I still have the oil coolers and perhaps I’ll get them pressure tested just to see. Provided it doesn’t cost to much. Anyway thanks for posting this. It’s such a lot of work that I couldn’t even imagine filming and getting cameras set up. But you did just that so thanks again

Great video. I’m doing the same job right now to mine. I do wish you would’ve shown putting the oil coolers in though.
Good job
So the oil cooler consist of 2 separate heat exchangers. Are they identical? Same part number?
Yup they sure are. I just did the same job this past weekend.
23:14 what sensor is that on the right side of the Exhaust Manifold? and 25:45 what sensor that on the exhaust pipe exiting the turbo?
Yeah I guess this video is about proving you know how work on trucks..good job but it didn't do any good to me.
I don’t think it was meant to be a step by step. But it’s pretty self explanatory if you’ve worked on you’re own truck.
