IOS 14 is all about the Pencil using a Pro or very latest Air, thus older IPads including Minis won’t finalise the update precisely because it can’t use the Pencil. What we need is a method of jumping over this barrier. Ridiculously, I can’t even install a Tidal app onto my Pad Air 1 as it insists on a minimum of IOS14 and I’m stuck on 12.5.1

@Nathania Gamers hey I have been able to upgrade my mini 2 to ios 12.4.9 through itunes. It was on 9.3.6 too. Apparently its not eligible for ios 13 and above.
@Nathania Nattaya Mini 2 is eligible for ios 12.4.9. It's on the list of eligible devices on the apple website. Just try it through a computer, it will work.

This is a scam - your iPad may no longer support the latest OS - no software will fix that. If it does support it do a DFU re-install using iTunes - don't mess with suspicious software

It can’t be done. This is not an Apple approved fix. Your using 3 party software to “jailbreak” the unit. Who knows what kind of malware is also included in the download? iPad 4 is a 32 bit machine & only supports Ver 10.3. The newer iPads are 64 bit. 😊

when it finished the update, it asked for some registration code but i never even received any code and my email too was not accepted. and furthermore, the update i installed wouldnt even show up on my iPad. this is bullshit service i am never using tenorshare again.

If you still cannot update remove your phone code. That will help out. These guys are just advertising their product. Read more on the apple forums thats where I found out
