In today’s episode, you will learn how to make a new lead acid battery at home and this way you can save yourself a lot of money. This video is going to be very informative, especially for all those guys who want to start with the new Lead acid battery making and repairing business; because, I am going to share with you each and every detail.
Last year, I made my first video on how to repair a lead acid battery at home and this video is about to hit 100K views. In this video, I have talked about how to salvage and reuse the battery GND plates and the battery container. In this video, I have also talked about different tools required for making a Lead acid battery. So, if you are just getting started with the Lead Acid batteries then I highly recommend watch my previous video, because in this video I will not explain the things which I have already explained. What are the materials used in positive and negative plates?
It would be interesting to use modern conductance tester to show the Cold Cranking Amps on the newly built battery.Digital Multimeter will only show voltage of battery.I’ve seen batteries sitting on 12,6 volts but still failing load test let alone start a car.Please subject your rebuilt batteries to standard tests using Carbon Pile load tester & Conductance tester to show CCA.Thanks for the Educational video👍👍
I believe this is a deep-cycle battery. It is not designed to start a car. just to store massive amounts of electricity

You are not making it but you assembled it, don't write a lie on your videos titles.
It's shameful.
Making is different and the making is to start from what is required material/ chemicals for anode and cathode plates making and then start is from the grill and then make one by one anode and cathode plates filling materials mixing ratio and heating etc.
You are just assembling the new parts of the battery and most of all technical people know that process that how to assemble but the people like to know how to make anode and cathode plates and how to mix those materials with accurate ratio, okay?
Don't ever write a lie on your videos titles because it is cheating and you can loose the honour in the viewers eyes.
Now it's depends on you that how you feeling and understand my comment.
