They already started reopening the Bièvre, but outside of Paris. In Paris proper? Highly unlikely, as you would have to destroy stuff. But you can already walk where it used to be (and still is, but underground), near Les Gobelins. Oh and there's so much more in the 13th! I'll probably organise another walk there in the coming days, going to Les Frigos and La Danse de la Fontaine Emergente, for example.
