    As of today (3/11), after 1.5 months, I have finally completed every single video in this playlist from A-Z and have 100 typed of pages of notes. My eyes have certainly taking a beating and will probably need a higher prescription haha but in all seriousness, I can't wait to review it all and finally open up my first Airbnb. You guys have given me all the tools and have covered every single question I had 2 months ago (besides one, I'll leave it below) and now I feel this is something I can do with much confidence. Thank you for the free Airbnb course. Its unreal you guys give all of this information absolutely for free out of the goodness of your hearts, but you guys truly must be Godsent!
    My question that wasn't answered in any video: What do you do if you are operating 100% remotely out of state, and you are not by any chance going to be hiring a property manager. What if you need a person in the middle of the night to go to the apt for whatever reason. What if your smartlocks don't work all of sudden and your guest can't get into the property or what if you need someone to meet the police to escort the guests out of your property. Who do you get for these instances when you don't have any "boots on the ground" (as John likes to say lol)?? Do I scurry on craiglist and try to find a random stranger for my random request? This is the ONLY thing thats hindering me from thinking that operating 100% remotely is impossible. But other people seem to be doing it just fine so I'm not sure..

    Is it possible to make a video about ethnical business practices that are about co-existing with the communities where airbnb operates. One of my main concerns is the Arbitrage model is raising rent prices for local communities in a way that does not make it accessible to people from that community. One business owner won't change a market but because airbnb can be very generative and easy to replicate there are so many hosts in the same market. So, anyway, as I expand I would love to hear ethical ways we can operate in which we are thinking about the benefits of folks within the local community as well as cleaners and other staff members

    I think 5 paid off properties are more profitable and simple than 20 highly leveraged properties.

    I'm looking into hosting a single private room. Would you rec sole proprietorship or LLC? From my research I see majority saying to LLC to protect assets as well as tax benefits. I saw in your other video having a mortgage and leasing a car aren't assets per say so getting started a sole proprieter would be okay.
