  • Are you experiencing back pain because of extra time at your desk? Me too. I have begun to really hate the sight of my desk chair. I never knew it possessed latent evil tendencies until now... So I've pushed it aside and made my own standing desk. It's working great. And then I brought in a few items to create a calming workstation. It helps. Tremendously.
