You can whisk 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoons of baking powder together to replace each egg or 1 tsp (7 g) of baking soda with 1 tbsp (15 g) of vinegar can replace 1 egg.
I always freeze for 10-12 minutes and mention it in my recipes but it slipped my mind this time. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I am going to mention it in the description and in the written recipe. My apologies😔

In the recipe, it says all-purpose flour is 180 grams, but the video says 250 grams. It's quite a lot different.
