    Thank you - I have been battling a pain in my hip flexors for months. Walking around after this routine I have no pain for the first time in a quite a while. I will include this in my morning routine!

    Thanks for this. QUESTION: When is best to do this routine? My training rides are early am. Pre-workout, post-workout or evening before bed?

    The foam rollers stuff feels like absolute death. I hope it helps because damn does it hurt.
