Shes right at the end...You literally cant do better than the original Jurassic Park. I still remember the theatre reactions and the impact this had globally.
@igakoga2481They don’t make groundbreaking movies like this anymore, it’s a thing of the past. What’s done is already done, there’s nothing new anymore. And I personally don’t know of any other movie that has dinosaurs in it that was a huge global phenomenon as this was in 1993 and still is 31 years later.
CGI is just cheaper and most Directors are Lazy. Spielberg, Carpenter were an exception to this rule. They did it because they loved making movies, not for quick profit. It depends on the magical director. George Lucas was good up until the Prequels where he destroyed the effects with crappy CGI. He is a better example of the difference in profit and effort.
@Fortnutterking Actually that’s not true, CGI can be more expensive that animatronics I heard about it in an interview with Bryce Dallas Howard, it costs X amount of money for every touch so in the ends building the thing is actually cheaper
Neill, Dern and Goldblum are total heavyweights in the business, amazing at their trade. Thank you so so much for giving this 41 year old Scotsman so many happy memories ❤
RIP Richard Attenborough and Robert Peck. These men and women formed an lifelong memory of a child who grew up in the 90s. Absolute work of art Jurassic Park is. Such a rewatchable motion picture. Brilliant.
I still remember seeing this in the theatre in summer of 1993 and even as a middle schooler I could recognize that this movie was truly unique and different from anything else in the theatres. I knew back then it would hold up as a classic, and I was right. This movie from 93 looks better than anything in the theatres today. No CGI needed.
Alot of things came together to make this Movie even possible. Computer technology had finally reached a level where they could actually make dinosaurs look real without having to use only puppets. This Movie is one of the greatest of all time, and it is truly incredible how fast 30 years have gone by!
My childhood through and through and I was late to the older generations, I was born in 2000 but these movies were my life, and forever will be my favorite movie saga of all time, I have enjoyed introducing my kids and my wife to these movies, Jurassic Park as a whole, is what inspired my imagination, without this series I don't have a clue who'd I'd be as a person, thank you Jurassic Park!
That was amazing to watch. My favourite scene was the first time they saw the Brachiosaurus and how each character reacted to that. Donald Genero (the lawyer) exclaiming 'We're gonna make a fortune with this place' said so much about his character where the others were amazed by the sight of a warmblooded living mega sauropod. I'm still amazed how all the death scenes are so iconic. You can't remake that without it being a direct reference or satire. Not a single one of them was lacking an iconic moment. Even all main dinosaur had their distinct features. And although I love Jurassic World too, the fact that there were not even that many different dinosaurs in the first movie shows that less can be more. Jurassic Park... I was 7 when it came out, and I am 38 now.; it's still my favourite movie. 🦕🦖
These 5 have made so many childhoods, including my own. I wish Joseph and Ariana were in Dominion, but at least we got to see Sam, Laura, and Jeff one more time in this franchise.
I was hoping fof that too. And fof a long moment I thought the young black lady was Kelly, anx I couldn't wait to see the reunion of her with Malcolm, but alas. The series isn't over yet, so we could keep our hopes up. :)
these two would be actually perfect to return for a new third n final trilogy in my honest opinion, letting them basically get into the footsteps of the adult actors of JP when they were full grown up. It would be just nice to see, what for lives these two have had, after JP and now after Dominion, when basicalyl the dinos repopulated the world like a plague suddenly, and all their memories basicalyl from JP haunt them back now suddenly in a new status qou of the world, where the dinos aren't anymore far far faaaar away on an island, where they are only able to live there, but now suddenly everywhere on the world, due to the organisms of them havign changed and adapted to the world... id find a trilogy story about them as Main Protagonists would be the perfect enclosure of the whole Jurassic franchise.
Nothing will beat the original....was and is just so iconic compared to anything since then. Will be a big part of my childhood, I even remember watching it for the first time as a 10 year old. Thank you to these actors for being a small part of my life.
As a lil' kid this movie changed my life, the impact it had on me I think nothing even came close years after. Imagination is such a powerful thing, curiosity can move worlds... Jurassic Park showed us all of this and more first hand. Eternal love for JP and the people behind this masterpiece.
You can debate the differences with the novel, and the latest discoveries in paleontology, but as a dinosaur filled movie this is as good as it gets. An iconic masterpiece
My brother and I (both in our mid 20's) saw this in a packed theater and when the T-Rex punched its face through the roof of jeep to get the kids the entire place went berserk! Grown men and women screaming bloody terror, slamming back in their seats, the whole deal. Truly iconic and I'll never forget it!
I still have the 3 original movies on VHS. I love that i have been able to enjoy this movie with my son. He loves everything Jurassic. This era is something that will carry on through the generations and that brings joy to my heart.
It’s fantastic to hear about how the actors feel and what they remember ! Some of my favorites are the brachiosaurus scene unforgettable , the green jelly scene , Dr Grant talking to Lex in the tree, Dr Sattler as a strong female character in all her scenes and the finale with the T-Rex saving the day.The movie le definitely alive today !
Beautiful tribute! Let's also remember the great Michael Crichton for coming up with these beloved characters and exciting story. It captured the imagination of so many but especially Steven Spielberg who felt compelled to bring those moments to the big screen!
What an incredible movie, it was way ahead of its time and I can’t believe 30’years have passed since its release. I remember when I was 12 years old seeing at the cinema for the first time, The effects and magic that brought dinosaurs to life on the big screen blew my mind! Now I’m 43 and it’s still one of my all time favorite movies.
I never knew a world without Jurassic Park but I grew up watching it so often that I don't remember my first time watching it. It molded my childhood and will continue to mold my adulthood. What Sam Neill said about people being paleontologists because of Alan Grant has never been more true in my own life. It is because of him I am studying paleontology. The scene that really set my future in stone has to be the Brachiosaurus experience. Everything about it, especially the Brachiosaurus, is just beautiful and awe-inspiring. I am glad Jurassic Park has been a part of my life and the lives of so many others
I was born in 1993 when this movie came out, growing up i would watch it tirelessly on VHS. It still holds up today as one of the best if not the best dinosaur movies ever. It's great seeing the OG cast too, these guys were a huge part of my childhood.
I saw this when I was 5 years old in a Drive-In movie theater in the tiny little town of Randolph Vermont back in 1993 and to this day it was the most memorable moment of my past. The feelings of wonder and terror seeing this on the big screen as a kid was unlike anything else and the movie is a real testament to the art of practical effects in film making. I’m glad for all of these wonderful actors that they got to be a part of something so inspiring.
This movie has a very special place in my heart. I still remember watching it in the theatre with my dad and being scared to death by the velociraptor surprising Ellie in the bunker. And it still holds up as one of the greatest adventure/action films ever made, with an awesome premise fitting for the genre, a well-written script, believable characters that you really care for and an actual story with a message. Present day Hollywood should take notes because they haven't made 'em like this in a long, long time.
GETTING THE CHANCE TO FINALLY GO SEE THIS MOVIE IN THEATERS WAS SO WORTH IT, STILL HOLDS UP 30 YEARS LATER!!!!!! I was born in 1998 so I missed the experience of seeing this in theaters but a couple of months ago I finally got my chance to see this!!!
I still watching this in theaters at 4 years old. I remember the helicopter landing on the island and the music was stuck in my head. During the pandemic me and my wife went on a date to a theater that was playing nothing but old movies and one of them was Jurassic Park. They even had old trailers. Anyways it was still amazing to watch again in theaters. Made me feel like a child again.
Remember watching with 10 years old and the with the first brachiosaurus, just start crying, because I never watch a dinosaur so real, the muscles, the bones. And people don't remember but at that time, some (old, fair enough) scientist still debate if dinosaurs was cold blood or not, if their lizards or birds or what, and I already knew the truth but watch in it became real was magic. Thank you all for one of the best cinema experiences ever!
I was 6 years old when Jurassic park came out, none of the sequels and no amount of merchandise can come close to the generation defining experience that this was. I remember it like it was yesterday, such a rare thing.
Recently, I've seen this movie in the 3D 30th anniversary edition for the first time in the hall. What a masterpiece! Hats off to Mr. Spielberg and the rest of the crew. 🤍
Wow I can't believe it's been 30 yrs 😳 since this movie has been out I remember going to see the first Jurassic park with my dad and my brother when we were kids there were some scary scenes I always love this movie ❤ no matter how many times I've watched it. It never gets old ❤
this is really making my childhood. jurassic park has been my favorite movie since i was a kid. so seeing them all together talking about it all these years later is so awesome.
Seeing these 5 iconic people in one video all these years later is truly something to behold!🦖🦕
You are right mr. proC!!!
Yes it is! 🦖
Love that movie
They should be in a proper JURASSIC PARK new sequel. Not in a bs gen z jurassic world movie.
I CLAP WHENEVER I SEE SOMETHING I KNOW
Shes right at the end...You literally cant do better than the original Jurassic Park. I still remember the theatre reactions and the impact this had globally.
My daughter asked “where they got dinosaurs” This is when we saw the first movie. L O L.
Was such a magical time. Will never see these times again unfortunately
Well perhaps the novel version. Which is more of a thriller.
@@eric2394cause you got old.
I Was In The Theater Hiding My Head At Times Cause The Roar Of Rexy Was Scaring The He'll Out Me
I love how the cast all appreciate the impact they had and still enjoy talking about this
It’s a real shame they don’t make movies like this anymore. This will forever be one of the greatest ever.
@igakoga2481 it is subjective as long as we can agree that JP3 Fallen Kingdom and Dominion aren’t on that list
@igakoga2481They don’t make groundbreaking movies like this anymore, it’s a thing of the past. What’s done is already done, there’s nothing new anymore. Brilliant.
My all time favorite film for sure, thank you for making my childhood 🦖🦕❤
Jurassic Park is a perfect movie. It has everything! Comedy, Drama, Action, Horror everything. No sequels needed.
I'm literally dying from nostalgia. Jurassic Park is what I bleed❤ just beautifully timeless and very awe-inspiring 😘😘😘😘
What an amazing 30 years of Jurassic Park

Can't do better than the original. Brings tears to my eyes. When I was 6 back in 93 this movie changed my life.
They just had to open this video with that beautiful piano jurassic music and make me emotional, didn't they 😂🦖🦕❤

Lex, Tim and Kelly 30 years later, how they have adjusted to worldwide dinosaurs. I would still like to see that!
@@JMVIDS78 Oh, yes. Me too. And their ptsd involving that.

The 1st film still stands up to this day. A masterpiece.
To all the actors - This movie shaped my life - Thank you. Short and sweet!

Dinosaurs born of cinema,... still exciting to watch!

I'm just so glad Sam Neill can see what he has attchieved thirty years ago.

Ghostbusters, jurassic park, and independence day are my childhood. These 3 movies will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤
If Richard was here now, he would’ve said “Happy 30 years of Jurassic Park!” Rest in Paradise Richard!
5:15 I wanted to be a paleontologist because of Sam Neill as Alan Grant, crazy how inspiring this movie really was.
Favorite scene will always be the trex breaking though the fence. Top 10 movie moment of all time.

It was a wonderful legacy to leave behind, in my opinion. I'm 28 now, but I remember watching it 5 as a kid back on VHS.
