- As mentioned, some of you have reached out to me regarding being deactivated. I talk about some tips of how I would approach disputing it, whether you are at fault for something or not. Hope this helps, hopefully the process will allow us to dispute reports rather than just deactivating drivers.

Account was deactivated today, spark sent a email saying my account has been deactivated due to possible violation of deactivation policy. Has anyone else experience such and it’s been giving me serious concern as My customer rating was 4.97, Acceptance was 51% Completion 90%, On time 87% Total deliveries 9337, Support wouldn’t help even after I explained I was late cause my car had a flat tyre. Thank God #larktech

They deactivate me over me having tourrets syndrome, the store manager said they don't feel comfortable with me lol
I was scared of doing the shift grabber stuff because I might got deactivated but since *Prinetechs* knows how to reactivate hahaha I will go for it 😒😒😒
Never in the near 2 years that I've been driving for spark, have I ever not completed a delivery. Suddenly my account was deactivated this morning and they say I falsified deliveries. I've already submitted the appeals from and no response. If it wasn't *Brave notch on the internet* I would still be battling debt.
I barely been with Spark just little over a week I got deactivated still learning the ropes with my metrics just my approval and my arrival is on orange but I was reported from store or customer that I perceived to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol I haven't done and order the day of being reported. They upheld thier decision 🤦🏽

Saw testimonies about this particular guy Larktech I decided to try him out indeed he’s worth it
I don't like daily pay. I think it attracts people, like some of the Door Dash folks that I see often, that live in their cars and live day to day. That is why some do door dash, they get paid that day, go get a hotel room, etc. I know it doesn't apply to all of them, but I see a bunch where I am at. I don't want people that have to live like that to be on Spark. There are dozens I have saw waiting at Walmart for their order, and I would not want them to deliver my groceries to my house. Again, I think same day pay will attract many folks in that situation, it's just not good for customers or the Spark Drivers.

Get a CDL so if they deactivate you just go drive a truck. I have one with 11 years experience. Doing this to be home every night. I let them know if they want to deactivate me, np. I'll just go back to the truck.
That's a good idea, Steve, always have a backup plan or just another job. Stores don't need to offer delivery but they always need shipments of supplies!

I couldn’t tell you. It’s the same as the first. Started dashing, accepted an order,got kicked back to the Home Screen and couldn’t get to the order. So I restarted the app and it brought me to the login screen. logged in and this message pops up. If I go on the website it puts me through the onboarding with like a bank account and such,but still shows me deactivated when I try to log into the app. And I never got a deactivation email either time.Customer support was confused but sympathetic and said they’d escalate it to the engineering team but still said I had to go through appeal. That was 3 weeks ago and still no word back. Heard great reviews about #Rarptech And reached out to him for help yesterday evening. Happy to announce I just finished my third dash of the day man works miracles
I opened the app yesterday morning to find out I was deactivated. Friday evening while I was on a delivery my phone rang I dismissed it because I don't answer the phone when I'm driving then it rang again and I saw the caller was the Store....so me thinking oh no maybe there's a problem with this trip I might have to go back to the store I answered it.
A manager asks me if I remember making a delivery and gives me a customer's name.... sorry I'm drawing a blank I tell the manager ....I don't even remember the neighborhood I've made so many deliveries today.
He explains that the customer's dog turned up missing she says at the same time that I was making a delivery so he wanted to know if I had seen anything.
Mind you I'm still driving so my answer is no I'm sorry I didn't see anything he says all right I say okay goodbye.
Next morning my account is deactivated.
I've basically been accused of stealing someone's dog which I did not do.
The fact that somebody can make a blatant accusation against me accusing me of being a thief and caused me and my family a loss of income when I have been hustling my butt from 8:00 in the morning till 10:00 at night seven days a week it's got wrenching.
All of my metrics are in the green my customer rating is 4.8 I accept even the lowball offers because I want my acceptance rate to be good.
I also understood that not everybody can tip although it's greatly appreciated it's not mandatory and I never judged anybody by the size or look of their home or their order.
I also am truly enjoyed making deliveries.
I'm a 53 year old woman single women with grown adult children that no longer need my attention as much.
I truly enjoyed delivering things for people that were unable to go and get them themselves for whatever reason.
I understood that for some I may be the only contact they have all week long besides the mailman.
I was happy to chit chat for a few minutes about the weather things in our local community.
The only thing that I ever took from anybody was their kindness.
I didn't steal a dog, I don't even pet dogs, I make no contact with animals when I'm on deliveries.
I'm so devastated, I quit my full-time job to make the most of this opportunity as a driver and create something I haven't had in 53 years a saving account for my own old age.
Today I don't even want to leave the house.
The fact that somebody could blatantly lie and defame me it's absolutely gut wrenching.
