- Buick launched its short-lived Terraza, a medium-van segment sport utility crossover vehicle, in 2004. This video, taken from Buick's Competitive Comparison Training Library for 2005, compares the Buick Terraza CXL to the Chrysler Town & Country Touring minivan. Compared features include Comfort & Convenience, Power & Performance, Ride & Handling, Quality/Reliability/Durability, and Safety & Security.

Chrysler cannot be stopped. they make the most beautiful minivans
Yeah but Chrysler had problems for a long time and owned by fiat
@@youngmoonyohnj1099 didn't their new Pacifica have like 6 recalls within a year? Lol Chrysler has become a joke.
@@LanaDayne yep
I would actually rather just remove the seats than have the stow and go
This is not just, they compared the higer trim level on the buick and the mid level on the town and country long wheel base.
"floor wells must be emptied to remove seats"
what the heck does that mean?? If you need to physically remove the seats from a GM minivan, you need to empty everything to unhook the seats!!
you can use the compartment for storage. So when you want to put the seat into the floor, you have to remove all the crap you had stored inside the floor
taledarkside if that was a deal breaker for anyone back in 2005 then I am saddened
The terazza doesn't have a power liftgate
@@antoniojmonetti same
@@antoniojmonetti yeah my father used to have an uplander
@@antoniojmonetti nah I'm not even 16 yet
@@youngmoonyohnj1099 I feel ya man.
If you notice, GM has always been coarse during comparisons, you can take a look to the 1958 cadillac vs imperial video.
this is just a video making Chrysler town n country look bad kinda not the best but not the worst either but I believed Town n Country had better side and front crash tests because they care about there customers not like GM that didn't even made them strong enough to resists a crash that goes Buick Terraza, Chevrolet uplander, etc those models are discontinued for many reasons ..and Town n Country still continues and has improved a lot and keeps moving forward
D Marin
Actually they made the uplander and terraza a lot safer compared to the venture and silhouette. Uplander and Terraza get a good rating in front off-set tests. The venture and silhouette (previous generation) had a poor rating (did deadly).
D Marin I like the town and country I used to have a limited one, I used to race people on the road with mine 😂😂😂😂
town & country was discontinued 2016
@@youngmoonyohnj1099 not at all, the Pacifica is the sucesor of the Town and Country, GM doesn’t have minivans anymore.
GM continues to sell minivans in China.
Lol I just want to know if they come with spare tire
Attempting to sell a refreshed old minivan as a crossover type thing was a bad idea, although selling a minivan for cold climates is a good idea. Just don't sell it as a crossover lol
do they have a video like this for the Terraza's sibilings
I had a Buick van it road like a Cadillac
They continue to sell it in China as the Buick GL8.
It's hilarious how they are saying Terraza has a better look
Cuz it does
@@youngmoonyohnj1099 In the same way Joe Biden is sexier than Donald Trump
@@Bandrosonk why is that the first thing that comes to your mind?
