I love watching Japanese prepare food. They are so perfect and methodical. Everything is simple and tidy... I love the dog tooo.... :-)
thumbs up if you usually watch cookingwithdog not to actually cook the recipe in the end but just to watch her make these delicious foods.
it's so unusual how they classify their food being good for a certain season or time of year.. cool stuff
I love to watch thoses videos, they take all the stress away and give me ideas to make delicious food!
one more thing that I love about this channel are the kitchen utensils... they look so luxurious yet simple and very convenient to use... I'll try to look for the same things on my next trip to the supermarket...
Pork shogayaki is delicious and not so expensive. It also gives you energy so that's why salarymen love the dish :)

umm. this has got to be my favourite show. doesn't this look yum yum?
You can substitute 1 tbsp mirin with 1 tbsp sake + 1 tsp sugar or honey. If you don't have sake, you can also use a white wine with low acidity :)
thanks dog
Cooking should be easy.
↓unnecessary thing.
・Vegetables are what you like.
・trim off
・cut tough stringy parts
・pastry brush, you can put a little flour and pork in a clear plastic bag and shake.
The result is a dusting of flour.
・sesame oil, you can use vegetable oil
This is common in Japanese households.
Good luck from Japan.
Really like the music at the end :) brilliant video

Though I must admit that I never really try your recipes, they do inspire me so much. I especially love the calmness. There is no stress, no hurry, only the love for cooking. Yes, I am a CWD-fan!
