Onion? Not traditional. Plus this cook doesn’t understand onion anatomy when prepping. No brush for ginger grater. Pork belly…no. This is a young person cooking an enduring recipe of Japanese cuisine. Negi is not a a traditionAl element in shōgayaki. So means good intentions with absolutely wrong methods. This is FAST FOOD SHOO😅OŌGAYALKI, not homely eat in kitchen. More like a cheap takeaway you’d get in Brooklyn, NY. sad that they don’t know traditional methods. Not everyone with a Japanese surname can cooknJapanese food -- 0sada Yuri.

I suppose anyone can comment but seems you were typing away as though you were reviewing a movie that you didn't get a starring role in n I wonder again why people feel the need to say every little awful thing running through their head??? it's alright not anything everything needs to be released from ones mouth unnecessarily without thought or regard to our chef's intention!?.!?.!?. I LIKE n ENJOY THESE AWSUM VIDEO'S n I'M CERTAINLY NOT THE ONLY ONE!!... there's a huge difference between constructive criticism n just plain weird word-vomit you could've gotten your point across very differently almost like being personally involved??? I'm finished n have a nice day....
