David Melchor I've got a 69 chevelle SS with a 396 in it and I'm about to buy a 74 dodge charger with a 318 in it. I'm also 17 and payed for it all myself ;) all the charger needs is a restored interior and I'm gonna put a 440 in it and then it will be completely restored. Chevelle needs much work
i know that i never gonna have skills to build or fix cars like this but im glad there is youtube to look at these mopars :) that exhausted beast is such a beauty!
Beautiful car. In '75, I bought a '70 charger 440 RT for $1800. 35,000 miles. Still had whitewalls on it. No one wanted them, because of the so called gas crisis. Had a lot of fun with it. Back then, lots of open roads, no cops, much freedom. Wish i had a time machine.
Absolutely gorgeous! I had the opportunity to buy this model back in '82, long before MOPAR muscle became an ultra hot collectable. At that time, it was considered a bloated whale and everyone wanted the new Celicas, or 280Z cars. It was in pristine condition, factory seat protective plastic, working A/C (chocolate brown, blah), for $400 on the dealer's used lot. I was in school full time and working part time and had no money. Still cry about it today. Keep this baby going!!
Ah the one that got away. I have a similar story from the early 00's of a Grand National I saw sitting on a dime car lot for $4000, now you can't find one for less than $20,000. The guy that ran the place didn't know what he had and I was college broke just like you. In the case of both yours and mine I hope they went to good homes.
Besides the obvious badassery of this monster, it's even more impressive the fact that it is in Italy. (look at license plates of parked cars...and voices...) Musclecars here are as rare as one virgin during spring-break in Miami Beach. Kudos to whoever is working on this babe.

2001. I'm crossing the parking lot of Universal Art Supply in Studio City, California. I look up and see an emerald green '70 Charger with a black leather interior that looks like it just drove off the showroom floor except for the Cragar rims. As I approach it from the rear driver side (exact angle is at 0:22 in this video) I realize that I am looking at one of the most sensually beautiful cars ever designed. I can still see it in my mind all these years later.
Sounds just like the car I drove my senior year 1978, black 1970 Plymouth Fury 1 440 police pursuit, same wheel and tire combo. 140+ mph at will. Yes this is what police cars sounded like, well with a pair of Cherry Bombs.
This one of the most beautiful American cars ever period.
Nothing beats the seamless open grill and wraparound taillights for me.
No doubt.

This and 1967 Impala for sure
They need to make cars like this again. Such beautiful lines
Absolutely, cars nowadays lost character, I just dont care for them.
@@rehakmate the new challenger are the only ones that have that more classic look there heavy but i like the looks of them
Funny cuz cars pretty much were boxes on wheels in terms of design.. a lot of sharing. The real character here are the engines.
I am lucky to have on, chevy chevelle 76.
