Single in my 40s and totally agree with 2nd point. I was never ready in my 20s (was surprised when friends yearned for it). I was still not ready in my early 30s. The thought started in my late 30s but only as a thought. But now, I'm more than ready and i see it happening soon am glad I waited. I needed to know me first plus being left to take care of siblings after my parents died while I was in my early 20s. I needed me space after the "kids" left the nest. I'm now more than ready to care for my man and dedicate to marriage.

It must have been a week or less that he brought my husband into my life and I know for sure for sure that God brought him. After having that lesson and I am in marriage and struggling with marriage things now I am realizing God wants me to bring that same Spirit of surrender into my marriage as well! You're right about women not chasing and don't act like you're not available. God spoke to me when I was single and he said you can look for your husband but don't be obsessed with it cuz I was so obsessed with it and he was calling me to get more into scripture and to surrender to him but still be open to finding my husband and it all happened when I got my head right. Yes absolutely chasing did not work I tried it and I didn't realize I was doing it but I got wiser and wiser as I went

Can't agree more! These were excellent points. Don't look for someone to complete you, be complete and the best you can be before a relationship, so you have what is needed to contribute to a fulfilled partnership. Treat yourself as God's temple, the best that he designed you to become. Bring God's best for you into a union that honors Christ as the center of an honorable marriage.

I could be wrong but I think there are lots of teaching for the women and their is a constant shortage of taught men. So women are aging and ending up single longer because there isn't a lot of godly men to meet. I encourage them to keep chasing after God and praying but they are slowly becoming the forgotten saints in the church.

I believe that not everyone is going to find a spiritually mature man, but once He loves the Lord & is working toward that daily, it can still be the will of God. We just have to pray about that person. To be spiritually mature is a process for both men & women so it’s just a matter of process & nothing is too hard for God 🙏🏾

@@TheBlaxkWolf that is not true. This is false teaching. The scripture said not to be unequally yoke with an unbeliever. If the person is a believer and they are like minded, but maybe they just began their journey or not as mature as you, that does not make the relationship unequally yoked.
“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?”

He was into redheads even though before me his last two girlfriends were blond but I have the body type of all his favorite actresses and I'm a redhead but the thing is is he went after me because of my values and my love for God you were the perfect match when it came to values etcetera and yet God through that in for him that I was exactly what he liked physically. While I think he is very attractive it's so funny to me that he was quote "not my type" but I've always been the kind of person that the outside doesn't matter as much as the inside and again I find him very attractive but I never thought I would be with a bald white guy

Im finally getting the concept of the right amount of confidence towards my relationship with God and others...as long as Im good with God everything and everyone else should be the added extras. If I get married or not being honestly good either way....sets a standard that pleases God and makes life more fulfilling. Learning to rest and wait in Him makes a difference.

I just watched “How to Believe for A Spouse” and I’m so glad I found your channel! ♥️ Also, Tabatha, we have the same birthday and I kind of believe this was a sign I came across the right channel 😊.

First, I absolutely love listening to their relationship counsel and wisdom, especially as a man and woman of God!
However, it seems like whenever a couple talks about not being so caught up on the Aesthetics of a person, the couples are normally good-looking couples🥴 It's like, ok now way'ment, if the Lord blessed y'all with each other surely He can bless me with a good-looking man/spouse too!😅

I would love to see more videos ❤I have been in my single growth since I was 24 years. Why some men think this is alarming? Now that I am 45.

I hope they answer this one. Once people get over 40 I think there needs to be a deeper convo. Their points are good for 20s and 30s.

God bless you both. I was just scrolling through RUclips for something spiritual to watch and I came up on your interesting topic. I had to watch to the end, very intriguing. I am a committed Christian woman who lost my husband last year to cancer. May his soul rest in peace. However, lately I am feeling like I still have some love and care in me my Boaz that the Lord is preparing for me and is preparing me for. I just want to take care of my spiritual being and allow the Lord to take care of the rest. God bless you.

The money thing! Yes very good advice! And I think unfortunately Christians don't want to focus on getting money because they think that it's against the Bible but being responsible and having enough to provide is a godly thing. I have a friend who possibly has that mindset and I told him you need to try to make as much money as possible and of course that doesn't mean breaking God's laws or the laws of man!

This is really good. I love how practical and straightforward your discussion is, especially regarding sex. I love that point that as a single person, don’t just read books about being single, also read about marriage…know about it before you get into it.❤❤❤❤❤

Love how you keep it real and yet tie it in with the Bible . This is a well needed ministry . Thankful you’re both willing to be honest and vulnerable. Please note anything you’re honest about just makes everything real and this is not a negative thing .

Hello Pastor Tab & Pastor Ken!
We’ve been enjoying the sex Gods way service! I have a question.. my partner and I have been together, blended family for about five years. My “boyfriend” doesn’t believe that we need a “piece of paper” to love eachother. We are in a committed relationship and we live together but he has no plans on officially being married, although me personally, would prefer to be married, I have accepted it’s not an option. word on Sundays these past few weeks have definitely made him think. Is there any advice you could give me? Or him, he still doesn’t seem to think the Bible suggests you need to go to a court house and have a license to live someone.
    Hope this made sense.
    Love you guys!
