Los Al Unified' s 2023 Heroes of the Heart goes to the Rossmoor Homeowners Association

On June 13th the Los Alamitos Unified School District awarded the Rossmoor Homeowners Association (RHA) the prestigious Hero of the Heart Award.
Los Al USD School Board President Chris Forehan presented the annual award to RHA President Art Remnet and RHA Directors Nia Hartman and Marian Last looked on saying
We have been incredibly fortunate to witness the profound impact of RHA's engagement and dedication to the educational well-being of our students and community. RHA's continuous support has played an integral role in assisting both our students and staff, and for that, we are immensely grateful."
We are so honored to be recognized by our amazing school district for our efforts to support the District's students, staff, and faculty.
The beautiful part is that our partnership with the schools in Rossmoor and the District as a whole is a living example of the "Unity in the CommUNITY" that the RHA strives for with every event and activity we engage in.

Actually, it is OurRossmoor, guided by the RHA, who are truly the Heroes because the RHA is but a small part of the magic that makes Rossmoor special. There is nothing ordinary about Rossmoor, and it is the extra hard-to-define ingredient, called #OurRossmoor that brings the pride and caring into our community.

Our Rossmoor (OurRossmoor.com) is the public face of The Rossmoor Homeowners Association or RHA. Established as Rossmoor was being built in 1957, the RHA creates fun community events, promotes neighborhood safety and preparedness, provides a communication conduit, and advocates for Rossmoor residents to protect and enhance the quality of life in Rossmoor and the surrounding area. Rossmoor is located in the western portion of Orange County in Southern California. It is an unincorporated area with more than 3500 homes and 11,000 residents and is part of the Los Alamitos Unified School District. Seal Beach is to the south and east of Rossmoor; Los Alamitos to the north and east and the Orange County line makes up its western border.
