I do my own curb. Metal stencils set aside, for when It's time to repaint. Takes just a few minutes, bam, It's done for a few years.

How about just a few Yield and Stop signs in Rossmoor??? I can tell you where they could put 15 yield signs right now on cross streets to make Rossmoor safer. Also, they need to re-zone that huge area behind Kohls and Sprouts for NO Commercial or Residential construction. That would solve a lot. That greedy a$$ land owner could still charge for monthly parking if he wanted and be making huge money, instead he is being a total Dick sitting on it. Rossmoor should send him a monthly bill for the parking issue he is causing. Got to love the two women complaining about illegal parking and campers now everywhere on the streets. God bless their hearts. They should just come out and say to the Sheriff when are you going to ticket the ugly ass 25-30 illegally parked campers and motor homes on Rossmoor streets? There is a clear county law stating no long term camper/motorhome parking on the streets. Or blocking the streets! The clown on the corner of Druid and Yellowtail is a great example. He has been illegally parked there SO LONG with a huge trailer that his trailer shows on Google Maps! He blocks both major streets, yet no Sheriff/CHP telling him you can’t illegally park there. The same with the Sprinter Van on 2821 Foster. This guy parks his huge white Sprinter Motorhome in front of his driveway, on the curb, and in the bike lane for years. How many parking violations is he breaking and where is the Sheriff? Back in the 60s and 70s you could count on the Sheriff, but not any more! They seem to hate Rossmoor residents now. And don’t get me started on all the illegal e-bike riders in Rossmoor. I’ve seen the Sheriff watch these kids riding under age, without helmets, against traffic, thru stop signs, way way to fast, off curbs, tandem or more, blocking streets in gangs at night, and the Sheriff does NOTHING! Things can be solved but people need to start doing their jobs.
