I've always viewed Rice as the greatest ever, and Moss as the most talented ever. Definitely the two best to ever do it, and both did it in two completely different ways.

Moss might not have “2 HOFs threw to him”, but he had a perfect match with Culpepper. Culpepper had the arm, better than Montana or Young, to bomb it out on every play. When Ross lost that one dimension QB to throw him the ball in Oakland, he became mediocre WR. Not until he had a HOF Brady, be became great again. Moss was a one dimensional WR, that’s why he never won a SB. Rice played with average QBs and still put up stats. Look it up. Rice is the GOAT!

Randy ran every route! He wouldn't be a Hall Of Famer if he could only run one route. His numbers were mediocre in Oakland because they didn't throw him the ball. That's why he did so well in New England because he had a great QB. You can only play on one side of the ball in football. There are a lot of Hall Of Famers that never won a Super Bowl before. Rice had Montana and Young. How are they avg when they are Hall Of Famers?

Here the deal. The number 1 wr on the team will get their targets and numbers. A HOFer will be able to do it for about 10 years. A top 5 WRs can do it almost any team he goes to. The Goat can do it all of the above but for 20 years. Rice was ALL of that. Rice is the GOAT!
