    Your interviews with all of these lovely ladies have been absolutely delightful and so informative! I'll never look at another wedding flower the same way. Nor will I ever again look at a bouquet at the farmers' market without thinking about the weeks of work that goes into every stem and the praying to the weather gods to bring the blooms from seed to harvest to profit for the hardworking farm families who give up so much to bring us their beautiful blooms. Since finding your channel two weeks ago and spending hours watching your videos, I've had an entire education into a subject I had never given much thought to before. Thank you so much from Canada!

    That was so interesting, thank you so much. As a NAFAS Flower Club member for many years and using floral foam for mechanics I’m so pleased that with your helpful influence I now arrange my flowers in a vase ! When Caroline was talking about mechanics she referred to a “pillow” that she would use in the container that she showed us. What is that please. Thank you as always for your helpful tips. 💐💐💐💐

    Thank you both for a fascinating chat, it was good to hear about the process of organising wedding flowers and how much time it takes. I was also glad to know that someone else’s books breed all by themself, but like you I wouldn’t be without them! Have a good season both of you.

      sadly the rain was BUCKETING down while I was there or we might have spent more time in the garden - but the chat I thought was so interesting for people in the cut flower business that it didn't need extra visuals - equally I considered editing in images from her website but thought if people were interested they'd click through and have a look from the blurb. x

    What is a florist pillow please? 😊

    • @theflowerfarmer
      @theflowerfarmer  6 месяцев назад +1

      it's like a frame you put on the vessel through which you can arrange the flowers - a bit like making a ball of chicken wire which does the same x

    @peggyhall2763 6 месяцев назад +1

    What are pillows?

    • @theflowerfarmer
      @theflowerfarmer  6 месяцев назад +1

      they are sort of frames - you might make them yourself out of chicken wire, which the flowers can be arranged through x
