Nice video! The War of 1812 is (arguably) an American victory, but it is generally seen as a draw. I'll explain:
The Battle of New Orleans happened before the Treaty of Ghent was ratified. This is very important as the treaty is effectively meaningless without ratification. "Treaty of Nicolls' Outpost" is a perfect example of one as it was never ratified and it led right into to the First Seminole War (and American invasion of Spanish Florida).
And the United States did achieve the majority of their war aims - directly or indirectly.
    Tecumseh’s Confederacy? Defeated.
    Red Stick Creeks? Defeated.
Spanish Florida? Territory was secured from the Louisiana Purchase and West Florida weakened. Mobile might have been the only area kept.
Federalists? Permanently discredited and a Federalist sheriff involved in smuggling for the British was chased out of town.
The Battle of New Orleans ensured westward expansion and ended any potential chance of secession from the Federalists (blue-light Federalists) in "New Ireland". The British did not want any westward expansion; they wanted an Indian Buffer State, part of a lowly populated side of Maine, and control of the Mississippi River.
The United States also voted against annexation prior to the failed invasion, as William Hull disobeyed Madison's orders on telling the inhabitants that it was the "United States's goal." Canadians tend to omit the vote against annexation when discussing the War of 1812. 😌
