But it doesn't have any effect on Berserker (Heracles), who has the closest thing in F/SN to invincibility.

It would be funny if one of these days you do all this preparation and planning for a boss fight you want to solo with Cu, and his NP ends up IKing the boss in like round 2 or 3.
This boss was beatable before but it took some RNG. Now it's more consistent. There is also Lobo in EoR1 (I can do that boss whenever I want on a alt account) Could not beat it before but I think he can now.

Cu seems pretty good. Think he'd be worth it in a team with a Skadi and Atalanta? I'm building a quick team since I got Skadi, but sadly, no gold Quick Servants came to me.
Skadi and Atalanta is for dmg and farming, cu is for soloing, the point of using support servant is to maximize dmg and keep the dps alive, cu’s dmg is not that impressive, Skadi, Hans and friend Shishou/Okita will give 2-3 time more dmg
I hate that everytime i see a video of Cu soloing some boss and I try it, the Boss always spams attacks at me and kills me after 3ish turns. Same when I use Hercules anytime, He always gets attacked relentlessly.
You are doing it very wrong lol. herc doesn't even care how muc the boss attacks. And most of the skills be used in this video are preset actions at the end of the turn. being attacked 3 times doesn't ruin Cu solos at all. and in this case it feeds you NP charge
Honako Green All im saying is I have very bad luck when try to solo with Cu or when i use herc. For instance, in this video, the boss would attack 1 or 2 times per turn, whereas if it were me, the boss would attack 3 times, then in the next turn, again 3 times, but one or 2 will be critical hits, killing Cu or making him use his guts skill. With Herc, I HAVE to use the evade skill or some other invincibility buff on the 1st turn, or else they will guarantee kill him in the 1st. Ive shown my friends and they see how much BS happens to me when I use Herc. Only times I can get him to last longer is if he has his lvl10 Bond CE.
You always use Herc with his bond CE. And i can beat this stage with Cu and Herc over and over again regardless of the RNG. And with how guts works in solo it cancels their turn so they don't get the option of attacking over and over
FGO's pretty easy enough as a game. That being said, Cu is very much worth it especially after leveling his first two skills. As for Tamalancer, she's a fine 5* but she lacks the survivability of our favorite doggo
It makes a lot of sense lore-wise as I recall that his Gae Bolg from the original Fate works (Fate/stay night) stated it will always hit its mark when he calls out its name. So yeah, him getting it not only makes him a true beast (LOL) but actually fits with the spears lore ability.
I think you can do the same thing anyways either by just slowing building up the NP gauge (tedious but as long as you have crit chances, it can slightly build up faster) or by using a command seal to just give an instant bar recharge lol

The way Cu usually uses his NP is the way he uses it in game, that being the version that reverses cause and effect so as to never miss (hence sure hit); meanwhile, the version he used in UBW to break Rho Aias was a different version that traded the cause and effect reversal for a massive increase in raw power, so it just broke through with that rather than any other real special trait, meaning invul pierce wouldn't be quite as accurate to the actual lore of the NP.
omega868 It depends on Enkidu's NP level. And the style of boss your fighting. Cu and Enkidu have different pros and cons. But they are both extremely good solo units. This boss in particular was easier for my Enkidu, because he doesn't get stunned (No divinty) But my Enkidu is also NP3. Which isn't common for a 5*

It says Cu came up with the cause reversal tech himself to suit his needs. Scath's version as said above does something else. The stun she has in-game fits what her bolg does perfectly. Also they already buffed Scath's NP so they won't buff it again.
Her NP has already been buffed. They never buff the same skill/NP twice. Also her NP doesn't have the cause effect reversal like Cu's has. It does however freeze the space around them. So the stun her NP has is more fitting anyways.

Cu and Enkidu have different pros and cons. But they are both extremely good solo units.
This boss in particular was easier for my Enkidu, because he doesn't get stunned (No divinty) But my Enkidu is also NP3. Which isn't common for a 5*
Cu will best servant when cu have buff stun in his np 🤣

Her NP has already been buffed. They never buff the same skill/NP twice. Also her NP doesn't have the cause effect reversal like Cu's has. It does however freeze the space around them. So the stun her NP has is more fitting anyways.

Depends on the boss. Like this boss you would not be able to beat without grails (Solo anyways. Would be fine on a team)
