thank you for your comment! Yes the shuttles/taxis are a gamble. We did arrive pretty late , getting out of the airport at 11pm. I don't know if that makes a difference.
What a scary situation you went through during customs. I've heard people are being detained for no reason. I wonder if the people in there were going through the same experience. Not sure what's going on.

Yes, it just felt very strange if anything. The people in the room were probably in there for a very long time, hence the banging on the doors.
