This piece is already in the Orchestrion the first time you check it in game, later on it sounds in Clive's "Collection" in the Hideaway~ Not a very important piece in the game at all but it's very pretty and relaxing, so I had to play it hehe! ✨

You must be thinking about the Inn Room Theme? That track is called Behind Closed Doors. I had the same feeling too when I heard this track.

Haven't played FFXIV so I'm not really sure! What I know is that there are already 2 tracks called "Where the Heart Is" in FFXIV, but they have nothing to do with this FFXVI one lol
