He is stressed for cash I hear.....my cousin was his electrical contractor he was saying that the guy owes the panchayat 20 lacs or so .......he has the asset but liquid cash he's said to be low...... meaning he needs another film or so to get back up.....but house is worth maybe 10 to 15 cr

Abhay Deol is so eloquent and his speech is so relaxed and well paced. He didn’t rush through what he had to say. Not only is he articulate (which i guess many are), he also says things very calmly. Listening to such people kinda makes you feel calm too. People who are sure of themselves don’t rush.
