    Such a simple story...
We not all crazy.. We are all Buddha!!
It something outside us that creates this madness!!
When you born, the very moment you are a Buddha in seed, without mind without any idea about anything..
You grow up and you become someone in the eyes of others and in your own eyes...
Your buddha nature is there hidden deep within you!!
The only thing to realize is that you need to remove the dust and junk that covering your Being..
And suddenly for the first time you are blessed!!
    Enjoy the moments!!!

The madness you create inside yourself. You see things that are false, you create cravings, etc..You master your own mind or create the chaos inside.

This probably defeats the purpose, but I'm confused by these words. I don't even know how to frame my confusion in a way that allows me to see how to phrase it. I understand the ending message, I understand that the two stories are similar but inverse in the flow of narrative with the same meaning, but I cannot grasp the hidden message underneath. Everyone and everything has been telling me the same thing, for what feels like years, a decade or more even, and yet, the dream remains the lens through which the light is filtered, and I'm addicted to that light cast by the lens. Even if it's my lens...?

I am still a little confused myself, especially when the Buddha in the story starts explaining the logic. But I think with Yajnadatta, the idea was that Yajnadatta looked in the mirror, saw the beauty, & thought it was not his, so he went looking for it, not realizing it WAS his all along. When the Buddha asked Purna about his thoughts, Purna said Yajnadatta must be mad, why else would he run? But where I get somewhat lost & I think I see where the Buddha was going here: but basically he is saying that the story of Yajnadatta is a paradox. Where did Yajnadatta's "madness" come from? See if you can answer that question.
