    Acceptance will give you the ability to interact with others in a calm real kind response.
    Stop trying to make other people who you think they should be. And let them be who they are. This is acceptance

    Sometimes you just have to let go. I learned I would rather be happy then right all the time. I’m much happier.

    I found that the adaptogen schisandra berry extract powder was the main key in improving my nervous system. I also found dialectical behavior therapy classes (I've only found these in Fremont Seattle WA.) to be really helpful in learning emotional regulation skills. It's also likely that acupuncture can be quite helpful.
