      That is part of the joy of welding. These videos have such enormous value to educate aspiring welders and encourage welders to elevate the art. The chemistry of the welded joint is unappreciated and rarely taught in " welding schools ". This is a profession that takes a lifetime to learn.

    I am a welder myself and I have a lot of experience. You used a lot of thick iron here. If you can do it with thin iron as you did it is very easy

    Nice job! I’m seeing more and more guys laying the wire in the center of the weld and walking over it…. When I started 46 years ago if you had tried that you would of had 100’s of little holes on each stroke…… very nice video.

      @@ProMurd3r did good in the first half just fusing 0.5-0.7mm stainless sheet then 2nd half was welding on this shitty scrap material covered in plastic and it was terrible , someone else with more experience and codings got the job

    Sure you are my inspiration, your such beautiful welding result really annoys me alot. At first i was not sure i could weld TIG with such a good result like you but after all i decided to buy a TIG welding machine complete with its accessories, upgrading skill from SMAW in my mind. After some trials and look the welding result now i'm 100% sure i was right then.

      Just about everything I weld is TIG.
      Nearly everything I build is machined, and there's no way you're putting MIG beads on it. I weld racing exhaust, turbo components, and custom- engineered machines. I'll run MIG on thick structural >.180", but nowhere else.

    Да, хорошо, выглядит прекрасно! Хоть на стенку вешай. А деньги кто-то считал? За 4 минуты это можно было заварить ручной сваркой и потратить 2 электрода .Проще говоря, зачем вешать картину и вгонять в стену золотой дюбель.

    Easy enough with a foot pedal, but try it with less amperage so you can practice what it would be like overhead and with scratch start. Then you're prepared for everything

    Very good video, I have one question for u can u spot weld a few spot welds with no gas?
    L left my gas on and lost it all don’t need it right now, but need to spot weld this for a friend.

      In a word NO. 6010 Will work with your tig power supply, just reverse polarity to dc electrode positive.

      @@AidaArjona-oo4ir Hola, no sé puede soldar aluminio con proceso TIG, sin gas de protección, se puede con proceso Mig con hilo flux, ya que el material de protección está dentro del hilo, aparte mucha limpieza ayuda calentar las piezas.👍🤓😜

      the usual would be to root with Tig and cap with mig or stick so walking to cup was never necessary.

    Amazing. can you explain the settings you made. first root second and third pass
    more warm for each string ,what materials? and exact filler rod you used also ? give us details of the tech.
    what machine is that? looks incredible crisp and responsive. super great ❤. and you can add advertising in form of machine for example. would love a link to purchase one myself.

    I absolutely love welding !!!! I'm not a welder by trade, it's just a hobby, sorry guys. it so amazing !!!! The sparks, the smell, the warmth and the orange glow, it fantastic !!!! I would love to be an underwater welder. I am gutted that I didn't get into it at an earlier age, most of my family are bricklayers, miners, navies and carpenters. I love watching these videos, it's so amazing how you guys can manipulate metal and make it look so beautiful. I really wish I could be this good, I'm focusing more on strength than looks, I just do the DIY wankers usual and angle grind the life out of my welds, I can lay some good beads but it looks more like seagull shit compared to this. YOU GUYS ARE SO FUCKING LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH AN AWESOME JOB !!!!

      With enough practice you can always make it your weekend / side job for fun! That's what I plan on doing, just have my mig right now though, hoping to get a tig soon :)

    If any purge welders read this I have a question. I've been doing some Sched 10 purge welds. Purge root comes out good but the cap I put on is coming out dark. Any tips?

      Try more gas coverage and maybe a different type of rollout at the end of the weld

    The visual is great, but no audio makes it useless to me because I can't learn about your settings and tutorial. I am an old school gas, arc and MIG welder who needs to learn TIG. This past week I needed it at work, we have the equipment but nobody to use it. I want to be that person.

      Practice, practice, practice.
      I've been TIG welding for about 20 years. You can learn on your own.
      I'm good, but this guy is better. Some guys take off in a year or less.

    The weld must be round so that it is not the weak link. If it is in 8 mm material, the weld must have a radius of 8 mm.

    진짜 용접 1% 용접의 달인이시네요.
    아쉬운 점은 진행 방향에서 촬영하여 위빙 기술은 잘 보이나 아크 불빛 때문에 뒷쇳물을 잘 볼수 없고 아는 사람만 아는 그런 느낌으로 이해해야 할 듯 싶어요.

    Looks good bit more of the heat affected zone more on one side than the other. Love those gas fuse lenses though. They really make a neat clean looking weld. Most importantly I didn't see you check your root run for penetration. Or any destructive testing done.
    Overall it looked fantastic. Well done 👏

    tig torch must be held 90 degree at all time and tungsten flush to nozzle nozzle must never touch metal and rod has to be feed inside not held down
