Girl, you do NOT sound selfish to want your body to yourself after 5 years of sharing it. You are just burned out right now and that’s ok. We can love our kids to death but it doesn’t mean every moment is roses and cupcakes. It’s ok to want your body back!!!!! I did not enjoy nursing my second as much as my first since I couldn’t give my older one attention. I still cherished it and nursed several months but also did bottles too. You’ve got this! ❤️❤️❤️

You look awesome Maddie! Hang in there! The first few months of newborn stage is the hardest. Make sure to take time for yourself!

Nothing wrong with mixed feeding 😁 You won’t know yourself! I found my son went longer between feeds too! You look amazing mumma and I love your honesty xxx

You look amazing in your postpartum bod! I remember feeling so bloated after my cesarean and it took awhile for that feeling to go away. Im currently preggo with baby number 2 and hoping to vbac, but I’m fine either way with whatever my body/baby decides. Glad you and your family are adjusting so well!💕 congratulations again!

If you ever get to the point where the boob feeding just isn't your jam anymore, it's. Fine! I felt the exact same way with my 2nd. My first literally only latched 2 times and my second nursed almost exclusively even after his 22 day NICU stay. Toward the one year mark I was so done. I felt the same way, I wanted my body back to me. As long as baby is gaining weight and happy. Who. Cares. How. He. Gets. Fed. Do what is best for you. #nomomshame #nomomguilt

Cassie Wedge YAS girl! No shame either way for sure! I just don’t want to give it up if it’s just a rough patch, ya know? It’s so hard sometimes!

You are doing awesome!!! I feel you on the breastfeeding thing. I'm exclusively nursing my 3rd and I'm OVER IT. It's so hard. If my daughter would take a bottle honestly, I might have quit already, but she won't soooooo....it is what it is lol. You look great! So impressed you find the energy to work out! You've inspired me!

Motherhood is so hard, we all go through a different journey. I’m also 7 weeks postpartum and I’ve learned a lot from baby, breastfeeding, and my body.
Good to know your doing better especially with a c-section and 3 kids 👍🏼👍🏼

Thank you so much for sharing your feelings about body image and breastfeeding. I'm having baby #3 in a week and I have been having mixed feelings about nursing too! I love loved nursing my other 2 but I'm already tired and baby isn't even here yet! My hubs travels for work too, so I'm also a bit anxious about having 3 with him gone a lot. So know you are not in the trenches alone! So thankful for the Lord's mercies!

Rebecca St. Peter I’m so excited for you! I think having a baby at first is just overwhelming no matter what, but you’ll find your rhythm in no time. Keep me updated!

I totally feel you on the three kids, colicky baby, breastfeeding blues. I have a high energy 4 year old, a 2.5 year old with a physical disability who needs a lot of help with mobility, and a 3 week old with reflux who is usually very fussy. Unless she is totally asleep, I can’t really pass her off to someone or set her down for more than 2-3 min before she is losing it and I have to nurse her again (just to have her spit it back up soon 🤦‍♀️). I’m going to have her evaluated for tongue and lip ties to see if that is the cause of her issues, but I can really relate. Parenting 3 is hard! Especially if you are on your own a lot. Thanks for sharing. It’s encouraging to know that someone else is on a similar journey and a similar timeline.

Living a Great Story sounds like my first, she ended up having tongue and lip ties, after being missed by 5 pediatricians..... some called it reflux, colic, normal... but I finally went to a specialist and got results Fast after having a quick little procedure! Hope you find the right dr because it’s life changing!

That’s so hard. Uhg, you get the struggles. I guess we just have to tell ourselves that it’s all temporary and this too shall pass. It’s hard when you’re in the thick of it though. Hang in there! ❤️

Ill be 7 weeks postpartum tomorrow and baby blues hit me hard a couple weeks ago and unfortunately I have separated abdominal muscles so I still look 4-5 months pregnant ugh 🙄 I know. You look great! And I’m still bleeding not as much but still from birth. And I had to stop birth control pills because my milk supply went from pumping 6-7oz every session to barely 1.5 oz in a session. But it’s coming back now thank God. This baby has definitely brought me through the wringer as well. But you are a great mom and I love watching your videos. Wishing you and your family many more happy days!

Kay Reality yes girl!!! My doctor said I have Diastasis Recti as well, so I’ve been doing special exercises for it and it’s helped! I definitely still have “pooches” though from them and from certain angles, you can see the separation! So crazy! Hang in there and I hope everything gets easier. The emotions after baby are so hard!

Maddie B TTC tell me about it lol but it’s that mommy tummy we all love. We want our bodies to snap back even though logically that’s not how it works lbs. but if you have any tips on working out and breast feeding please let me know. I have no clue where to start. I also hope things get better for you soon!

I’m finding myself in the same boat as far as not having my body to myself. I got pregnant with my oldest in April 2012 and I had 6 weeks off between him and getting pregnant with my second. No break between 2-3 and now surprise pregnancy baby number 4.

It's ok to be selfish girl and if you really feel you need to maybe stop breastfeeding, DO IT! A momma that is taking care of herself can better take care of her little ones!!!
