Honey should never be boiled, it will change it's properties. Heat to 110 degrees in a glass jar until it liquifies.

we like the wright bacon at sam's. it is just us two also and we cut it in half and keep a pound out at a time. we still have 6 pounds in the freezer i believe, i know when we were there on Thursday we bypassed the bacon to refill the freezer with other meats. even though it is only the 2 of us when we find turkeys that cheap, we make it a game to see who can find the heaviest one and we buy that one.

Some of these are items that arrived/put out late. I will need the cutting boards. The Burman sauces are great (sweet and sour, hot sauce, orange sauce, etc. I have an exercise ball chair.

The bigger bags of the stevia have bulking agents so that it measures the same as sugar. Some of them will raise your blood sugar so keep an eye out for that. The liquid or the packets don't usually have that

The first ingredient in Aldi big bag of "stevia" is maltodexrrin which has a high glycemic index. The first ingredient in the "stevia" packets (the little box) is eyrithritol which has a low glycemic index. So, depending on why you are buying an artificial sweetener, always read the ingredients.

I always buy the Aldi Swiss cheese. It is, in my estimation, the best Swiss cheese. I also always buy the Provologne and Mozarella. Can't beat the flavor of their cheeses.

The small personal humidifier gets condensation on the side. I took it back, I was afraid the water would get in the charging port. The dip in the mug is for your thumb, I understand they are not dishwasher safe.

I wish i had room in my deep freezer for a turkey. It's only my husband and I but that would have been a great deal! We did score a lot of sams club carver hams. They were $7 off where i'm located in Socal. So i got 7 of them. I got them for $.77; $.99; $.98; and so on. Such a great deal.

I buy the powder laundry detergent and mix up my own liquid in the older jug, I just shake it before i use it. I buy cases of Campbells soup when it truly goes on sale then don't have to buy anymore all year. Great price on turkey's. I'm still not buying anything, I have at least 2 more weeks of no spend to go.

At Aldi‘s the trucks come in on Tuesday and they put everything out on Wednesday.( in Michigan) Peg, I know you like your food in glass containers but the chicken at Costco is in plastic underneath a heat lamp and the plastic leeches into the food with all those bad ingredients..

I believe price comparism mainly would only benefit people in and around your area. Stores buy from the venders and depending on what the stores are willing to pay from venders. If too high, stores wont buy. Depends also on area population which can affect supply and demand.

if you take a quarter from someone walking up to get a cart and someone that didnt take a quarter when you walked in youre still making a quarter. if its " just a quarter" as you stated, why wouldnt you just give the cart to the person walking up as you leave, regardless. i never take a quarter when i leave . i even paid for a few single mother's items that she obviously was buying for her little girl, some grapes and raspberries as she was in line ahead of me and didnt have enough money for everything. Would you do that ?

Absolutely correct. And there are plenty of local honey stores that buy and work with local beekeepers. Same with cider. The cheapest is rarely the best.
