    I have problems with getting upside down. Do you have 'exercises' for that?

      Prep your legs in a 'teddy bear' position first. Do a little pull up with your arms and at the top of the pull, push on the lives, arch your back and look back. Remember to engage your core and leg muscles.
      Practice inverting on a hammock or with a knot in the fabric (gives you added support).

    I still can't do the 8 meter footlock

    I foresee myself losing the footlock on the foot that comes through to create the "X"

    This looks like the least challenging way to get into the cross back straddle albeit still challenging
