I feel like this is one of the hardest trick in aerial I've done so far. My teacher has us practice these at the beginning of every class and I swear mine are getting worse. It helps to place the silks as low as possible on your lower back. I'm finding my legs want to fly upwards sometimes too for some reason.
By far the hardest I've done definitely. I try to keep the wrap on my hips and then when I actually do the drop it slips off and I lose form and don't spin and it looks really ugly
No sorry the car lie cover already been deployed now aerial Sharon grave is opened again as old school situations so now America need to decide they sticking with Yellowstone hole or the aerial Sharon grave as the smashed glasses need to go somewhere and I don't need to go there anymore as my baby mother is from Jordan mama Mia 😭😂
My baby mother which has to offer herself to me can only come to me from driving the a class From the rules of above The new born was already deployed a few days ago with the belly stabbing situation 😭😂
Hi, I love your channel so much, and I wanted to ask how can I get better with inversions since I'm really not that good at it. I mean, what is it that you do when you make an inversion? (sorry if my English is bad, I'm from Colombia)
Thanks! I learnt this from you some months ago. It's less painful to have the wrap on my hip bones but seems much harder to keep straight in the roll, with my c.o.g off. When I wrap around my tummy I get intense squeezing pains, I'm wearing extra shorts and thick leggings, and not squeezing the fabric anymore, how do you get over the pain you seem comfortable with the wrap around your waist?
It should be around the top of your hip bones but not around your belly button! Regardless, some things are uncomfortable in aerial... the tighter you hold your core in and keep you alignment the less it will hurt.
I've been working on these foreverrrr. I try to keep the fabric around my hips but it always slides up to my belly button, it's awful, how do I prevent that?
I've struggling so much with these for years. Thank you so much!
