Love cutting those big old conifers there a pleasure cut, your spot on when you said to take it over twice to find where you want to be. Lovely work as always 👍
quality service as usual Jason . did you not fancy just mulching the cuttings down out the back. slowly putting my gardens to bed for the winter from next week. take care mate.
Thanks goerdie, weather is cooling down now and growth has nearly stopped here too, I perfer to rake up and leave it clear as possible. Take care mate 👍
Enyoyable video as usual -i'm just getting started out but cant afford Stihl tools was wondering if you would suggest a multi tool that i could buy till i build my customers up - thanks.
Cheers mate, I personally like the titan screwfix machine, but I know some had problems with them, a stihl 56 kombi is just under 200 if you shop around, but it's the attachments that with cost. 👍
jason Gardener thanks, have you been happy with it? It’s my next purchase as I think the extension bar will help a lot with some harder to reach areas beyond the reach of my HL95 and also the pruner attachment will be useful.
Im using the same tool as you. And im curious, how do you clean your blade, what product do you use? Also how often do you sharp your blade? Thank you and great job :)
Yes there excellent, no fuel no fumes low noise low vibration and less maintenance. I was always a Stihl petrol head until I tried one. the hla 65 and hla 85 gets used on all of our hedge cutting jobs, the stihl petrol hedge cutters are only used as a back up machine now
jason Gardener thank you very much for your response. I was looking for a conifer that would be good as a hedge. This one is perfect. Do you know how far apart I should plant them to get such a hedge like in this video? How long did they took to fill in like this?
Silicone barrier cream really helps with the rash and itch, put it on before, especially on your forearms. Great for chapped skin and diaper rash too! ......although that is just written on the tube....so I don't know.
Hi Jason another great job love to watch you hedge cutting you make it so easy 👍cant wait for the next video 👍you still keeping busye 👍

Do you hate trimming conifers?
The cuting
Hate conifer. It's itchy, rashly and very heavy. Just horrible. Great job though. You can do all of mine. Hate conifer, have I mentioned that.

I think you don't like conifer lol, I don't mind them, think it's a love hate thing with them, 👍👍
