It’s easy, but hard lol. It’s like the definition of easy to learn, hard to master. With like 45 minutes of practicing a day, you could learn this really fast
yeah i think i was around 13 when i learned it. it’s easy, the hard part is the speed and getting it to be a nice even tempo, but playing it isn’t too difficult
Just been reading up on this. It is "Bach" but it's not the usual more famous Bach, it's apparently his son, not the Baroque Lord himself, it was by Luke Bachwalker.
In about 1970, we figured out how to get music out of an IBM 1620 computer. This computer had 20,000 bytes (actually BCD digits) of core memory. It was capable of adding numbers of any length and if you looped additions of different lengths you would get a buzz at different frequencies that you could pick up as interference on an AM radio. This piece was the first piece I scored for our simple little "synthesizer".
i think this one is a rite of passage for all kids learning piano. i remember it being one of the first 'real' pieces i learnt as a kid. fond memories!
it’s mostly chord progressions, descending scales, some added “decorations” playing it slow and speeding it up is how i got it up to speed. im sure you’ll be just fine 👍
Oh god, it brings back memories of my old piano teacher. I was forced to learn this at 10, and I hated every moment of it. Beautiful piece, but holy shit is it hard!
Same story here but i loved it. My teacher putted notes on my sheets for fingers position (even rewritting better ones instead of the sheet proposition), and that one is all about it. A pleasure to play once you understand exactly where you should be.
Bravo! This is one of those pieces that I like to try and play as fast as I can :) I think I've gotten up to maybe 200 bpm and then my fingering starts to get jumbled lol
@@kaozium7878 I’m learning it after a year of playing, and only then does it really feel easy to learn. You kinda just gotta learn the pattern for the scales
I do agree it is easy to learn but it's just that it'd easier for some people cause people have been playing for 5 to who knows 8 years could learn this in about 1 week or beginners starting fir 2 years learn it in 1 month and who knows 4 months to memorize its just how long and how well your technic is
It follows the same pattern but just keeps on scaling up on your piano. Start playing really slow with a beat / tempo and everytime you replay just play a tiny bit faster. Honestly, it is really easy that way
This is one of the pieces I'm learning for myself to keep from getting rusty over the summer and my gosh, is it a challenge. I mean maybe it isn't, I'm not sure. I'm still a beginner so maybe that's why I perceive it as hard. I just really love fast paced Baroque music and want to try to have more Baroque music under my belt.
The part added a lot of foreground in Skinny Pete's Character. He was probably getting music lessons when young and had a stable and a decent lifestyle. He chose drugs over his other self
@@creatorofgarf If you ever fully learn the piece, you will eventually find that the only thing difficult about it was the method by which you were trying to learn it and the mentality you were holding yourself back with.
If you just understand the scales, this becomes so easy its unbelievable. I was able to finish half on the first day i tried it this and i have just been playing for 2 years now. Just need to work on the speed

one of the most underrated classical composers, in my opinion. beautifully played!!!
how is bach underrated? he is much respected and famous for his genius, and is arguably the father to modern piano?
Jun Song because this is Carl Phillipe Emanuel Bach, the son of the Bach you are probably thinking of
I learnt this 15 years ago. And now 10 years after stopping the piano it's the only piece I remember, accept and enjoy to play when I can.
you played it as if it were your own creation, so smooth and softly played, perfection!!!
Ok. My teacher gave me this and prelude ops 28 n 4 for this month guys! Wish me good luck 👌👌
I was so amazed when I saw skinny Pete play the piano
Ya lol.
Haha I was waiting for somebody to make this comment
I'm starting this song today. Wish me luck!

The speed makes it intimidating (Also makes it sound better in my opinion)

Just about to start learning! The sheet music really isn't that intimidating, but hearing someone play is traumatising...
I just got this assigned to me, its actually quite simple of a piece. Didn't take long to nail the notes, the dynamics are annoying though.
