Graeme is in love with his chair but didn't get much time to sit on it ! You don't need to spend lots of money to go fishing because it is the angler that makes a session successful. Keep up the good work Graeme.
If there’s one thing that us fisherman are passionate about it’s chairs. It can make the difference between the most relaxing thing ever or a weekend of backache.
Graeme - I know this vids a few months old but, what we used to do was use a fist sized piece of bread freelined, carp get greedy and take readily as they have to slurp at it.
Sometimes when you get lakes like that next to other lakes which are match fished you'll find a better stamp of fish in the one which doesn't have matches held on it. Most clubs remove the bigger carp to avoid match anglers getting their top kits broken on their poles.
Interesting what you say about them staying away from the margins. I sometimes fish a nearby commercial carp fishery where there is a "specimen lake". People camp out here and EVERYONE casts their bolt rigged boilie set ups out to the island in the middle. To the surprise of many I wonder around with an Avon rod and centrepin and catch them on floatfished luncheon meat in the margins. What amazes me is that none of the anglers there seem to be able to think outside the box. I'm not knocking carp anglers as there are some brilliant ones but many just follow the trends. The fish feed confidently on unusual baits where they are not normally fished for.
Great film THE CHAIR brilliant had one for years from Coleman.Drill small hole for butt rest make bigger hole for bait tub an one for cup. Will not fall of table when getting up an down.
Hi Graeme I'm a young fishing enthusiast that has been watching g for years. I've found this year that bream have been feeding very well and taking big baits (I've caught most of mine on 3 grains of hair rigged corn). I was wandering why this was as normally I would find they'd refuse such a big bait. They're bites are also more violent than usual often jumping from the water when they realise they're hooked!! Keep up the great vids!!👍👍🎣🎣
Oh no!!! What's happened to the white deckchair!!??!!?? Has it died?? Its not the same without seeing the Sunday times umbrella and the faithful whitestrip with yellow fashion stripes deckchair ;-) at least the bucket still making an appearance. As always a decent video Graeme.
My father and myself have recently been thinking of purchasing a small boat like the one you own. is there any hints/tips about purchasing your first boat? any help would be much appreciated
ive got one of them ive used it for everything from waggler fishing to small live baits for perch but had a few pike on it too .i think it would be ideal for this type of fishing
+TAFishing love the kit you use :) no need for all of that overpriced kit... i bet that chair you picked up if it was on sale from Nash or Fox you'd be paying around £60 lol
