Thank you for your kind comment, I'm really glad you enjoyed the video! Are you referring to the difference between Northern and Southern Schizandra? If so, I touch on that in this video: ruclips.net/video/ui_q4toYwQI/видео.htmlsi=GkGM4Effpc_yg1dS

Schisandra, apart from being a phytoestrogen, it also blocks DHT production. While it raises GABA (to relieve stress), it also agonizes 5-HT1A receptor (can cause PSSD). It also raises T3/T4 hormones, so is a risk if you have hyperthyroidism. But hey, it increases libido!
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Where is your evidence it blocks DHT ? people have reversed pssd with this

Maybe it’s your diet or exercise regime if it’s not supplementation I’d cut out dairy and meat

ok, so I started taking Schizandra two weeks ago and my (6 month pregnant size) fibroid has gone down to like 3 months. Nothing I've done so far has helped my fibroid so much, so fast and I've tried EVERYTHING! (even castor oil packs). I pair my schisandra tincture with Reishi tincure because I love Reishi. I've also increased my walking per day. I'd say give it a shot! You'll know fast if your fibroid is reacting poorly to it. I'm in shock that it has taken me so long to try schizandra! Let me know how it goes!!!

I took Schisandra tea , due to multiple fibroids , and had excruciating pelvic pain that lasted for one week. I am scheduled for an ultrasound next week to assess why.
