Every other year we have a contender for Greatest Game of the Century. It's April 14th 2020 in NYC; in the COVID19 Nightmare my Friend's father died yesterday after a nearly 4 week struggle in the hospital; was part of the first wave March 18th. Recorded College Football is my main distraction, I can't think about death watching Nick Chubb and Baker Mayfield. Thank you Mr Cfbin30.
It's a contender for greatest of all time. People cling to the 2006 Rose bowl for being a Championship; But really; if you got two greatest teams of that season, with at least ONE unit as memorable as Oklahoma's Offense in scheme, Blocking and QB; and you have lots of lead changes, and it comes down to the final minute...Then its all a matter of taste. Of course, If its YOUR team that won it, it's #1.
I think for me, it's this game, 2013 Iron Bowl, 06 Rose Bowl, 2013 Fl State Auburn, 2016 Ohio State v Mich, 2011-12 Rose Bowl Wisconsin Oregon, are all tied for #1. I can't go more then 2 off-seasons without rewatching these games. I watch 150 games a year; around 4 a week during NFL season, then around 3 a week during my NCAA season every Feb-May.
