That 600 goes way better than I thought it would. Goes to show what a good rider can do. Snow that deep and heavy, that extra power on the turbos must be real nice
Cant wait to order the new 858 Catalyst, I tried a 600cc both 146 / 154 2.6" track last week and the chassi is amazing, and it´s pretty fun for just being a 600cc. compare to the ascender chassi it is way better feeling, the only thing i wish is that they lets us buy the sled with the old twinrail. Alpha rail is nice for the really deep days but here in scandinavia i prefer the old twinrail most of the year ! Keep up the good work :))
If should be optional, Arctic cat needs to take a page from Polaris’s book and let you order the sled how you want it.. more colour choices, twin rain or alpha, handle bar height, maybe a few different track options not just length.
Them cats are kinda nice and go good. Nice to see the 800 tho. I recognize the place your at and the back end of that road ive seen lot's of caribou on the roads early morning heading to work. But that's awhile ago now
@@LDFilmz Apologies I used the wrong term. I was asking about the backpack stove. So 1 canister would probably be good for 1 week of backcountry rides for hot soup or something? Thanks
@@LDFilmz I'd like to hit blue River friends did last year, I couldn't make it. Unfortunately They didn't know where to go. We usually ride Valemont or Revelstoke. Looks like they have some snow hopefully by then they have more.

your 100% right!
I think next year will be a good year for CAT! Still wish a standard twin rail system was available.

The Riot comes with twinrails, but a 146 1.75" track

Nice!
Thanks for doing another rip with Jamie on M catalyst. Sled looks to be working great for a 6 OO. Great news for Arctic Cat
Yess!
Thanks for another catalyst vid
You bet!
Cat turbos that they’ll be onto something .
Think you guys need to go hook up with muskoka and his crew. Your close right? He needs another kanuck on his team
how do you get so good sound quality, hear your friends with helmet and everything clear, what camera and gear you using? nice video my friend :)
I used a GoPro 11 and a wired in mic!
Do a gear review/setup vid for us east coaster wannabes who travel west for short stints
Roger!
Is jamie a test rider or is he just a artic cat fan? He can ride anything iam sure so why is he on the 600 is what iam asking?
He is sponsored by valley moto they give him a sled to ride
Which cooker do you have? Will that canister last a week of mountainside uses? 1x per day?
I don’t have a cooker on my exhaust, but that canister I used to cook with will last 5 rides at least and easy to refill

Where is this?
Blue river! Ground hog

Is your friends cat a 3”?
The track pattern looks like the 3''. The 2,6 has a little finger on opposite side of each lug.
yup its a 3inch
@@LDFilmz 🤘 thanks dude! Did you try it ?
Buy ibexx’s turbo kit
I’ll be honest, I’m not impressed with the cat. You might get some places with it but it looks boring, just like I thought it would, no power.
Maybe because it is Just a 600?🤔😅 the 858 comes next year...
I like the platform. It could be impressive for a 600 but without another 600 to compare it to i have no idea.
Low light days are THE worst! But any day on a sled is a good day. 🤌🤘👍
Yes!
