To answer the... skit at around 10:50-ish (I understand this was like 2 years ago, but just in case someone else were to watch this and have the same questions), parents and guardians don't tend to send strangers their kids don't know to pick them up if something like that were to happen. It's like, one of the main safety rules that most parents have, especially if the kid has someone like grandparents, another parent, aunts or uncles, or even a family friend, there are tens of different people that can come get your kid before deciding "you know what, I'm going to send this stranger to my child to come pick them up, because [insert reason for not being able to do it yourself]. Surely, this will not ruin my kid's trust in me"

reminds me of the time yearrsss ago I was visiting my grandma in a nursing home. i was a little kid at that point. i was walking to my grandma's room alone when an old man in a wheelchair called out to me from the room adjacent to my grandma's. he asked me to come inside to help him pick something up from the floor, so I told him I would come back after telling my mom. i hid in my grandma's room bc i was scared of seeing him again lol.
My gf said I'm "the lesbian one" and my gf's friend in college who hasn't met me irl said I'm Matthew Patel. But I think no matter who I am, I will have vegan powers regardless.
I didnt see PSAs as a kid cuz we didnt have satelite or dstv My mum just was very blunt about the reality of the world! And frankly, I think it worked better than whatever the PSAs would have done tbh. She didnt fearmonger, which I think was good.
