One year back i undergone some tests that confirmed have fissure.Doctor said a single crack is effected and prescribed a medicine which uses smooth pooping.Frequently i feel pain like trouble which can be controlled using some ointment (smooth) 3 or 4 times.But this process is continuing even if strict food regulations followed exempting chicken meat ,pig meat etc (these are horrible in case using it)A permanent solution sought.Doctors videos are extreamly helpful and informative.

Sir Me 50 yes residing at Trivandrum and had same symptoms lasting around 2 to 3 Hrs as narrated by you along with burning sensation . Consulted Gastro Surgeon and given pegfibre and Smuth ointment. Normally I had the similar symptoms 5 or 6 times in lifetime and now seems to be permanent. Was suffering from IBS last 30 Ys without constipation - symptoms of frequent passing of normal stools. Thank you doctor for your valuable time and advice. I have the same problem and taken homeo for around 5 to 6 months. After that for the last 2 years I have normal cituation. But 4 months back I have the small issues, now I am using the laxative. Now there is no painful motion, but 5 to 6 times I have motion in a day. I am not using chicken, egg, beef etc. Occasionally I will take the ducks egg. When I am having that I didn't use the laxative. But when stopped that I am having the painful motion. Not severe, moderate pain. In empty stomach only I have taken the ducks egg. But I have stopped that because in the lockdown sitting in home and no exercises. And there is no other health issues. And ducks egg or chicken egg regularly using will increase the cholesterol level that is the reason I have stopped using the ducks egg. What is your advice doctor? I am from palakkad.

സർ ... ഞാൻ ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ മാർച്ചിൽ Fisher ന് Lacersurgery നടത്തി ... ഒരു മാസം Rest എടുത്തു. ശേഷം NOneveg കഴിക്കൽ തുടങ്ങി. ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴച വീണ്ടും വേദന വന്നു.നേക്കുമ്പോൾ പഴയതുലെ മലദ്വാരം വിള്ളൽ വന്നു. നല്ല വേദനയും ഉണ്ട്.ഞാൻ ഒരു ഓട്ടോ ഡ്രൈവർ ആണ്.ഇത് കൊണ്ട് Drive ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല. ഞാൻ ഇനി എന്ത് ട്രീറ്റ്മെൻ്റ് ചെയ്യണം.ദയവായി എൻ്റെ അവസ്ഥ മനസ്സിലാക്കി ഒരു മറുപടി തന്ന് സഹായിക്കണം എന്ന് വിനീതമായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
