It's great to see Father and Son in the Outdoors. Harlow is a fine young man and he is blessed with you as his Dad. Stay well and God Bless you and the rest of the family. Thanks for sharing.
How you going to have my buddy Harlow dragging beavers?? 😆 on another topic... Harlow you going to break your daddy with all them medical bills!! You keep it up poor ole Yawt going to be eating them beavers! 😆 Love you guys!! ❤
Keep Harlow away from those mean football players they are out to hurt him. You are such a good dad taking care of all his needs is a beautiful child and he's lucky to have you for a Dad. Congrats on your beavers 😊
The thought of using the pocket drag on a beaver made me laugh. When I was a locomotive engineer, I stopped a yard train due to a huge beaver between the rails. I had no idea they were so big!
Thank you for doing these videos! You are a blessing and to top it off, you give credit where it is due!! God bless you and your family! Hope you can continue sharing your experiences with us! Thanks to your trapping mentor too, he's a mess. Peace and Joy to y'all!!
David I hope your son has a better out come with the teeth braces than my son did. After his braces had been off for a while his teeh went back crooked again. whil
Hello Ywat Ywat hope you guys are doing well and surviving the cold We will be praying for Harlow he gets back on the court soon As always thank you for sharing your time with us and be safe on the electric poles The hillbilly in California
I live in Northeast Indiana where the Fur Market is pretty much nothing are those beavers down in your area worth anything and are they good eating if so I would love to try some Beaver meat
Hi David and all - I'll admit to being one with mixed feelings on the beaver trapping. I know our country (Canada) was largely explored by Europeans looking for more fur to meet the huge demand for beaver fur hats in the 1700s and I'm sure they used any method they could to catch the animals, I understand that the animals are just a nuisance in your area and elsewhere - even here they're pretty destructive to ornamental trees, etc. and my employer (a major university) got in hot water a few years ago for hiring a trapper who caught a beaver family by drowning but I also know some of the benefits of wetlands that beavers create - and that they're designated as our "national animal" (castor canadensis). Anyway, I'm certainly not being critical, just sharing my feelings a bit, appreciate that you generally respect the animals you take, etc. and looking forward to more (invasive) feral pig trapping. Cheers - best to Harlow and all for a safe/happy 2022. And please stay safe with COVID/Omicron all over the place - don't underestimate that danger. Look up "God's tech support" for a chuckle.
Good evening, David. What do y’all do with the beaver 🦫 after you trap ‘em? Meat/fur or anything? Glad to hear Harlow got cleared to play. Have a Blessed Day 😊
@@juliafiore120 They are good if cooked correctly. Problem with me, is I only experimented cooking one once, and a GoodYear tire would have as been about as good. But, yes, with the right recipe and patience, they are reportedly good to eat. Kinda like a Raccoon, I have had had them cooked by an experienced cook, Man, good food. Another not so experienced racoon cooker offered me some years ago, GoodYear tire! All in the hands of the cook. Stay safe!
@@chrisw422 Thank you for taking the time to resply. I watch Robert Arrington from @deermeatfordinner and I bet he could or has cooked them! Thanks again! Have a Blessed Day 😊
