I have been station in many different Asian locations, Guam, Thailand, and Vietnam and have never seen or heard of the omelet sandwich. It looks delicious and fun to eat as well as make. I am going to have to try it out. Though I am a retired executive chef I can see where this would be a hit here in America, just like 30 years ago when the giant baked potato that you could custom order was a hit all over America

But you can just come to any 'pasar malam' which is the night market in any (usually) housing area where we sell the same things but only once or twice a week compared to Ramadan bazaar which is everyday for a whole month😂😂😂

I love and respect other cultures. In the U.S. these vendors would be so annoyed by all the typical modifications Americans demand. No this, easy that. I feel like it would lose a lot of the taste and experience of street food.

It's mostly just a trendy version of our traditional food. But traditionally, we would've NEVER in our right minds mix that w/ choc but everything nowadays HAVE to put cheese like some things are better off without cheese on it🤦🏻♀️ and I cringe when they put it on top of the fried bananas like DOOD it's best with a dip of spicy sweet chili soy sauce. Generally in Southeast Asia, no. But there are pockets of poor people in Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. Southeast Asian countries are pretty well off.
Some of the chicken was just a tad too pink for me. But I would love to be able to taste some of the food. You must walk around an offal amount to get this footage and I am sure you film over a few days.
If you want to visit night market , please do find Malay seller for halal food . Because there are a lot of night market in Malaysia which held by these 3 races which Malay , Chinese and Indian
I wish we had this here in PA, USA. I will say that I'm wishing for a bit more texture and crunch. Most foods seem to be soft and steamed. The drinks look interesting, but I don't care for sweet drinks. Water, unsweetened iced or hot tea, black coffee that's for me.
