Every time you do one of these street food videos I am always impressed with the dedication of the chefs, how much attention to detail, how they meticulously perform all the steps needed to create their dishes, how hard they work and the unique recipes. There is a lot of creativity and intelligence in these family food stands. Thanks, DancingBacons.
Lies again? Delicious Food
@@NazriB you dumb?
Seeing Mrs. Bacon enjoying the food always makes my day. I hope to be able to eat all around the world like you guys do ❤️
She could give Nikocado avocado some serious competition 🥰😍
@@xiRePeNTx Mrs. Bacon is way better than Nikocado!
@@xiRePeNTx sad how toxic some of you are under a wholesome comment
i pity you
Same like me . I wish i can make a road tour around world and eat a lot of halal food at around the world . I wish i can go to Indonesia and Korean because i'm very like their food . Seeing the youtuber eat a lot of food in another country make me feel like i wanna taste all of them❤❤❤ . But as a Muslim i will make sure the food that i wanna eat halal for me❤❤
@@amsyuhada_2770 you m'sian?
I like the honest reactions to the food. No unnecessary talk like many youtube channels. Streetfood bonanza is also very good!
I love it when mrs.bacons gives commentary, it's so cute,or the little clips where she's trying the food
Agreed. If this were a proper show on TV, she would be the type of character where when they show up, the episode is just so much better.
I believe both of the participants are women. I think the are friends. So it does not look like they are a couple. The person who's hands we only aee is indeed a woman.
@@danceswithcomicbooks7733 uh they are a lesbian couple and they shared this information already
@@Katie_Q Oh. Ok. I haven't watched enough episodes to know. Thanks. 🙂
@@Katie_Q shared where? I thought it was always a rumor
The fried chicken, salted egg mushrooms, fried dough & fried noodles looked amazing!
When i saw the thumbnail i was like "wait that looks familiar" turns out it's from the same hawker from my local night market. You gotta try their freshly made char kuey teow with pickled chillies. So damn good
That’s so cool!
Pickled chilies sound very yummy!
may i know which part of jb is this pasar malam from?
@@andylee9367 i personally have never been to this one but pretty sure it's in KSL
I wish I lived near something like this :(
the closest I have is an e-mart, but it mostly has Korean, Japanese and Hispanic foods (and maybe some Chinese)
Malaysia has such great food and friendly people. Currently in Penang for the next few days. 🥰
I love your content. Your street food videos make my mood relaxed and happy♥️
Watching Mrs Bacons enjoy foods is my go to when I'm fed up with the world ❤
Is there any food that 🦛 doesn't enjoy. She literally inhales anything and everything on sight
@@xiRePeNTx Can you not insult people?
@@xiRePeNTx are you mad?
This lady has the sweetest smile I've ever seen. I can't help it but smile myself when I see her
Dough fritter sticks were my favourite in childhood! The crunch and the salty flavour is classic. I still enjoy it nowadays!
Oh my gosh Mrs DancingBacon's happy wiggle is SO cute. You know is good food when Mrs DancingBacon approves. ❤
I love the way she smiles everytime she taste something. Never gets old 🤣
And if she does a little dance, then we know it's extra good!
@@snowysnowyriver ikr. pure cuteness over there ahaha
sitting in my room, with the rain outside, and watching DB’s vids is extremely relaxing (:
Aaaaah yesss😌...bliss
We have something similar to Bee Pang here in Bangladesh. It is called Mowa. We got Puffed rice, Flatted rice flacks, Nuts, sesame seeds & Gur (jaggery)- made from the extract of Date trees. It is shaped like a ball & is one of the oldest/traditional snacks in here.
It sounds tasty.
Same in here south india , we call it puri unde it's made by mixing puffed rice , nuts and melted jaggery shaped into balls , it tastes amazing and extremely sweet
Here in the U.S. we have something similar too, called a rice krispy treat.
@@dhanushr04 arisiurundai or poriurundai in tamizh.
@@JRyan2K marshmallow fluff based isn't it? Instead of just syrup?
I loved how methodical and careful the squid cook was. I could have watched him alone all day.
Keep being amazing!!
Not worth the cost though.
These videos are great but RE the Squid cook - it's not ideal taking par cooked Squid off the grill and putting it on the cutting board to cut it then back on the grill and finally putting the cooked Squid on the same cutting board. It's asking for food poisoning
@@GG-kc6ie If it was chicken I'd worry but not with squid. I've often eaten it as sashimi.
@@byteme9718 I appreciate your answer but squid like any other seafood can give you food poisoning if eaten raw or mishandled such as in this clip.
Food safety 101 don't put cook meat on the same board prepared the raw meat. Common sense really.
@@GG-kc6ie The fact you mention 101 suggests you're from the US and therefore paranoid about food safety overseas on the one hand while totally ignoring the quality of food production and quality in the US on the other.
I'm very careful when it comes to food hygiene and is I was worried about the board I would have been equally paranoid about the same knife and tongs being used.
The ultimate test is in the eating and I can tell you that I've been eating JB street food since 19987 and never had any kind of stomach problem other than still feeling hungry and wanting more. I see (if I choose) everything being cooked fresh and I admit. there are times when I walk away from a particular vendor. Lack of customers is the first sign of concern.
Where I have had experienced issues is in local, high star rated, hotels but given how many times I eat there, how mild the problem and how rarely happens I don't worry.
If this concerns you then best not watch any videos about night wet markets with fresh meat hanging in tropical heat covered in flies. They're a complete contrast to late night fish markets where you can't even smell fish and everything is clean.
Thankyou for promoting Malaysia's night market. Every city in this country have their own night market with scrumptious foods and and come with affordable price! If you guys would like to come Malaysia, I suggest to try Nasi Lemak, Street Burger, Cucur Udang, Mi Kari and much more foods that you guys can try! 😍👍🏻
말레이시아의 야시장 저도 너무 가보고 싶네요 ㅠ
맛있어 보이는 음식들이 너무 많아요🤩
Mrs. Bacon has such a cute smile, red lipstick looks so good on her! I love seeing her in the videos!
I love how no matter where in the world, the universal sound of a street market is really loud generators
I so wish we had markets like this in America, at least we don't have them where I live and that's sad. I would love to visit a place like this some day!
Ditto, I live in England and it would be great to have these!
Sadly you can only get them in culture metros and good coastal towns or during major holidays like New Years or Ramadan night markets.
Go to the chinatown, or sometimes there's this fest(?) made by a community from certain country (my country has them i think) in the us like where they made & sells sum of their hallmark street snacks even whole main course and drinks of their country, but im not sure if its exist in all states.
@@homeland1128 I live in Southern Indiana and we have a Fall Festival but that's it. Mostly just friend candies and fried meats but nothing super exciting like this and they're really expensive in the states too unfortunately!
@@marymaggotface1994 ahhh i see
That was the strangest carrot cake I've ever seen! Those noodles at the end looked amazing.
I was all like "oh a carrot cake" There's something I know! NOPE😂
its called char kuey kak . its quite delicious. it also comes with spicy version
Its actually big white radishes lol. A friend went and had it a few years ago and said she was sure the big white chunks are like diakon radish or Korean type radish lol. Id love to know the story on how it became to be called carrot cake lol
@@Emeraldwitch30 it's called carrot cake as the hokkien dialect doesn't have a proper word for white radishes, so they used their equivalent of carrot which was then directly translated to english. the cake aspect of the name comes from how it's made where rice flour is used to bind the ingredients.
anyone else that knows can correct me if i'm wrong, im from SG but idk much bout Chinese culture and dialects.
@@saltybaguettes_ thank you so very much for explaining. I love knowing why things ate called what thry are called!
I love big radishes and that carrot cake looks so good. I had never had cooked radish until about 3 years ago I grew so many I didn't know what to do with them lol.
They are great raw but oh my! Wonderful cooked. Have a blessed day Feia🥰🥰
Love seeing how they do their craft …During my child hood when holiday plaza was the happening mall I love the Ayam percik from the pasar malam in this area which my dad used to buy for us…it was well charred, smoky and sweet
I always like Malaysia 🇲🇾 foods so much especially Laksa, Nasi Lemak , Roti Canai… ❤❤
The name carrot cake is basically derived from the term "lo bak go" (turnip/radish cake)...(lobak literally means carrot)
So happy to see night markets again!! And LOVE LOVE LOVE Ms Bacon and her commentary
I'm so glad that you're back with the street food. I love any video that you all make, but I'm so glad to see street food again as well!
I love the different types of food and cultures and languages that we have here. Even though i live here it always fascinates me everytime.
Malaysia is like a hotspot of great street food because not only we have malay food, there's chinese, indian, some also came from thailand and Indonesia to sell food here, there's so many kinds to choose from and its a fun must have experience
What city is it in, and it’s name is JB night market? not that I’ll ever get there, but ya never know🤞🏻🙏
@@flyingcat2054 Johor Bahru, in Johor state.
Night market is pretty much the culture around South East Asia, because it’s too hot to operate during the day. But Malaysian night market have the most variety in terms of food choices.
Here in India we have something similar like Bee Pang and it is called Kurmura laddu(Puffed rice ball) or Kurmura chikki(Puffed rice flattened cakes same like one in this video) 😍 But than eating it slightly warm has it's own fun ☺️
To me that looks similar to Rice Krispies Bars here in the US. Rice Krispy cereal and corn syrup.
murmura laddu , many people in india call it by different names and slightly different ingredients also
@@vardhanarya Yeah but than it is mostly made of murmura and jaggery if I am not wrong 😅
It's quite a universal snack! It is sometimes shaped into balls or oblong shapes. I've eaten some with bits of chopped cilantro mixed in but it's hard to find that version these days
I just have to say, its always better when Mrs. Bacon shows if the food is good. In the videos she isn´t there, something is missing!
I also love that you always show the cost. Keep up the good work!
Yay, I especially love it when you do street food videos!
I just LOVE watching your videos, but I always end up with my mouth watering for the delicious food you show! ♥
I love these videos!! The amazing food and reactions to the amazing food make my day!!!
I Love her reaction when she says "so spicy...". 😍🥰
Omg i am salivating during the beepang part cuz that is my absolute fave snack in the world since i was a kid. It must be so nice to have it all fresh and toasty.
That maggi goreng looks so delicious
I adore seeing Ms.Bacons' reactions. 💜Thank you both for another interesting vid!

Love this type of videos! They made me suscribe and it's been a very lovely experience so far. Excellent content
I'm so glad the street markets have opened up again. I like all your videos but these are really my favorite.
I'm appreciating the use of wax paper as a container/ plate.
My mouth really watered at the fruit salad! All these Southeast Asian snacks look very similar to each other. Looks like a fun visit you had!
seeing ms.bacon in videos enlightens my day and i enjoy the content!
花生饼真的是小时候的记忆了,现在在国内也很少看到了,没想到在马来看到了!感谢分享!
Greatest RUclipsr ever, uploads at the perfect time 👏👏👏
wow everything looks so amazing! and the time and care that they put into their food really shows. I would love to try bubble rice, it seems like a chinese version of rice crispy treats. mmmm

I've been in JB before but never come across this place. Their mixed fruit is so inviting 🥺

Everything always looks so tasty. You're my favourite RUclips food channel and always make me hungry!

Fried chicken looked amaze balls. Bet it tasted so good.
I love to watch all street/night market content! All the food looks so yummy and is made fresh at the stand - I would love to go there 💚
I watch you enjoying the foods I can no longer eat. I'm gluten free and control other health issues with my diet. They meds. They give don't work or I'm allergic to. But seeing you enjoy then helps.
Finallyy a street food vlog again!! 💗
My absolute favorite videos!! All the food looks so fun and delicious....❤️
Salted egg mushrooms looks so good!
That lady really luv food. She is really cute each day. Thanks for sharing
Love watching the Lady in the videos! Love hearing her talk & her experience!
The dough fritter stick is one of my favorites, and my "classic" street food.
Basically, it's already delicious on its own.
Dipped in the chili sauce? Very nice.
Topped on a chicken porridge? Very good!
I'm pretty sure that type of street food is pretty much universal across virtually every culture with variations.
It's also nice dipped in our local back coffee during breakfast or tea 😄
Salted egg mushrooms, sounds yummy
It is yummy but super sinful too 😄
Everything just looks amazing and delicious
Finally DB is back on duty, after 2 years . Luv u guys keep working and stay safe.
OMG I never see that much of instant noodles put together at a time in my life, i wanna try it!
U wanna try that many noodles together at a time? Careful, u gonna have a stomach pain if u eat all of it alone, I have experienced it so yes
Really enjoy your nightmarket videos, let alone all the content the channel puts out!
Hope too see more of the street food soon :)
This is one of those great recipes, I will definitely try it, thanks for sharing!
Malaysia street food so yummy , many love from Vietnam .
Amazing
Everyone should schedule a trip to Johor Bahru Malaysia
and visit this Bee Pang vendor. They have such respect
for their customers that they present everything clean and
appealing - so please show the Bee Pang vendor your gratitude.
AMAZING NIGHT MARKET STREET FOOD THIS IS GETTING BETTER THAN FOREVER
😍 everything looked amazinggggg
Mrs Bacon holding and eating that crispy pancake so happily filled me with delight
mrs bacon I like ur videos bc it represent ur culture and how u show this food content but please do more content of street food I like ur street food content more then other food video💙
Miss bacon should speak often shes cute
Love your videos so much♥️♥️♥️♥️
Love seeing Mrs Bacon's reactions again. More of it.
All of these look really delicious 💛
In the early 90s those fritters only cost Rm0.20, while fired chicken was Rm1.30. I'd say the chicken is so cheap now compared to that dough fritter.
Love your videos Mr and Mrs Bacons!!
Love your vids really!
I always love watching Ms.Bacon smile as she enjoys her food. Makes me happy!
I was confused why there was no carrots in the carrot cake and I discovered something!
This is Chai Tow Kway. It is called "carrot cake" because of a loose English-from-Hokkien translation of "radish pastry"
Now ya’ll have learned something too! :)
I love your videos..Mrs Bacon has the most beautiful smile and laugh.
Absolutely love your videos, my partner started watching and has now got me hooked. Can I just say that watching all these chefs just blows me away, and makes me question the so called celebrity chefs lol These street food venders are top of the range cooks.
The fried carrot cake was not what I was expecting!
2:47 so spicy 🥵 just so cute 🥰 this channel wouldn’t be as good without her! I love all her reactions 💕
Dear dancing bacons, these are the best videos! Street food or restaurants etc. Love
