    Watch this presentation right away. I finally did because I was so unhappy with these. Well, I was unaware about the 3 second hold of the button that Changed The Mode! 4 modes and 5 levels of volume. Volume change is a 1 second hold of the button. Mode change is 3 second hold. Duh. 😢😂 I'll give it another go.

    I am waitingformy new aids and have had great use of my old ones. It looks like the new design will fit my ear better and I appreciate your service and this video will help newcomers and I learned new info . Thank you.

    I have had the Pro for 10 days now. Getting used to them and they really do help. Problem is, after 10 days the charger case quit working this morning. I emailed support right away.
    Hopefully they respond right away so I can get a replacement. Fingers crossed. Definitely wasn’t expecting something to go bad so soon.

      The answer I got back from support was not what I expected. They told me basically to read the instructions on the charger. Kinda insulting that they would think I hadn’t already done that before I contacted them. Still haven’t resolved the problem and have had no use of the hearing aids since they are dead with no charger. Didn’t even get 2 weeks of use with them,

      @@audienhearing I got an email saying you were going to send out a new charger. That was over a month ago. Never received it. I’ve had dead hearing aids for over 2 months now. Useless!

    I have the Atom Pro. This Atom Pro 2 model is certainly improved. The model I have has a volume adjustment dial which has to be turned with a tiny screw driver. It is very inconvenient to carry around this screw driver. This new model has a volume and mode control setting. I only bought mine about a month ago and already they have a new model, ugh!!.

    Call them. They will probably upgrade for free if you’ve only had them for a month. I think you have 45 days to return them.

      It must be returned and received within the 45 day trial period. We just received ours and read this.

    The Atom Pro2 does not have an APP for the phone?

    Needs the 5th mode aka. The married mod sets them to muted so you don’t hear the nagging 😂

      🤣🤣 you must be a dude. I could hear my hubs saying that! We are awaiting shipment. I hope my hubs is happy. His hearing is very poor as he worked around heavy equipment his entire life. 45 day money back guarantee, so we thought we'd give them a try

      I just bought mine. Do you need to put them. All the way to the ear or just setting in the ear. I called support, they didn't call me back.
