I have this in red. I think it looks good to ok depending where you focus and fav color is white. It could use some widening to unflatten the sides and get wider tires(AKA Challenger wide body). I think the split lights look ok in the front and a bit out of place on the back given top looks modern and bottom a bit old school. No AWD I don't like but they would have to RND a new system and give it more power to feel like a great performance car. I actually find it somewhat slow, no idea how car and driver got 4.8 0-60. If car market wasn't a mess, I would have gone with a used 2016 Golf R(substantial power with mods, AWD, and love the look). The GR Corolla Core I think is about the same price but you would want to add LSD to that trim so no idea what the price would be after and then there is availability issues that might come up. NGS being only 10ish hp and having to cool down doesn't inspire confidence for those that would mod it to higher power, also the history of some of their motors. All the options they removed form the US version is a big negative in my book, crazy really. Suspension has no actual comfort mode and it should have. For their N cars, I would have gone with the updated i30N if they sold in the US. Small exhaust detail, the reason the car can't be left and started in N is because the exhaust volume is too loud to be legal.
It's a relatively common thing for non-North American built cars in the US. MK7 Golf R was the same way. I imagine Americans are more willing to ignore the absence of a sunroof on a small car, because we expect less of small cars. And it pads profit for the manufacturer.

The lack of a sun roof is ust weird decision making from Hyundai. My KOna N has a sun roof here in Europe, and the forged wheels.
