I love spraying myself with a lot of perfume too but you have to be careful especially if it's a strong, good quality perfume because I sprayed myself with a mugler perfume the other day and went in my parents house and my mom started coughing and got a headache. I realized that even though I love it and I can take it, others around me can't especially if they easily get headaches. Apparently your supposed to spray 7 sprays for everyday outdoor activities and 5 sprays for close encounter activities like work, school and on planes and busses. I mean I would do what I want, but it's embarrassing when someone starts coughing or gets a headache. Not going to lie, I've been in close encounters with ppl with too much on and it's so incredibly obnoxious because your trapped with them on an elevator at the mall 😂 and I wanted to cough but I didn't want to be rude. I think a little bit of a stong perfume will draw ppl in without completely leaving a stink cloud everywhere you go. People have complimented me more when I spray 5 sprays. It attracts people. Usually if I spray too much I know because people will walk in the other direction or start coughing 😂 but im glad I know now. I also agree with you on everything doesn't have to be name brand. Some people over do it and buy a bunch of tacky looking designer pieces and it just is too much in my opinion. 😂

The key is I get a hair cut before my hair has any chance to damage . Hair trims do wonders for the hair . It’ll be thicker , healthier and shed less .

It’s not dry or damaged. Some people can get away with washing everyday vs some others may not have a scalp that produces a lot of oil and actually needs to add to moisturize . If I condition my hair it weighs it down and comes out greasy.
