hey!! this is just a tip to recover your ends, don’t scrub them together in the shower it causes friction so it will give split ends and dry looking ends. i use to do that but i saw a vid online telling me not to 😭 my ends look so good now

I think the acne is because of over moisturization. You're clogging the pores. Keeping the skin moisturized is good but a lot of ppl especially with skincare these days are over doing it. Plus not because someone with dry skin can manage that much oil and works for them means it will work for you. Ease up on the oil.

Chloe omg girl I know about them dark days with acne! I had my own journey with acne I'm now a top performing esthetician at my job and I still get acne. Not nearly as bad as I used to because I now know the science of the skin and how to keep it healthy. But even knowing how to care for the skin I still break out. Goes to show this is just our bodies sis we cant control every damn thing

I make that same scrub with coffee grounds added and use it on my whole body before shaving and it makes my skin soo soft like a baby
