Another dimension to the bi-lingual aspect of the Syro malabar qurbana. We had Syriac-Malayalam, Syriac-English and now Syriac-Tamil. I hope you uncover the rest of them as well, such as Syriac-Hindi, Syriac-other indian languages as well as languages from other countries.

No ancestors were using Suriyani language for the holy qurbana,.. till the 2 Vatican council it's said to be in Syriac language in the Church.

@@theotokosnotredame2880 even other prayers of the Church were all in Syriac language as it's the official and holy language of the Church... Eg:- Sapra, Ramsha, leliya etc. later only it was translated to the vernacular language.

@@abimukeshs8229 I dispute that. All yamaprathanakal is part of the liturgy and is called liturgical prayers. Have you read Jonarda? Journal of Bishop Menezes from late 15th century? In that he specifically saying people singing and praying in Malabrese language which is proto Tamil,

Obviously it's malayalam at that time dude.... Malayalam is a distinct language for more than 1000 years..
