The super short ears are what clued me in she wasn't just a lab/goldie mix, but newfie was unexpected!
She’s definitely a 100% pure bred good girl.

@@freedomcat of course there’ll be a few breeds that don’t match their temperament but mostly they match! For example we have really chill huskies but most of them are loud and dramatic

As usual not the whole breed is like that , my Husky love to go into the water of our lake to drink and chill even though he cannot swim yet . But he is also very calm when i wash him in the shower . I knew of another Husky who loved to swim and did in front of me just for fun ( her master did Paddle with her when she was still a puppy ) .

I get it when my girl was younger she loveddd the lake and was fine going into the water then, but when it come to an actual bath (at home or groomers) she wasn’t having it. She was just a drama queen lol I’ve also seen some super chill husky’s at groomers and would ask Nyla why she couldn’t be more like them and I was left with a stink eye and I’m sure there was a curse word in that bark 🤔

Ah ah , yeah actually he was still a drama king until the end of the year when it comes to the shower ( i got him in December 2020 from a shelter and he is going to be 5 years old this Summer ) , but there is a trick about their drama : it is all an act there are not really in difficulty , they just like to pretend they are because they like to have your attention and makes you doing what they want . So basically gently mock her when she is doing the drama , and continue more intensely what you are doing that she complain so much about . After a point she will learn that their drama has no effect and will stop using it . Basically mine stay perfectly still , calm and silent when i am doing his fur week after week ( sometimes it last one hour or longer at a time ) , and same behavior under the shower while it really a hassle the first times one year ago . It was not easy to get to that point but i am very proud of him , and of course if he was a good boy during the cleaning he get a treat ( nothing better than food to make them learn to behave ) .

It's impossible to tell any dog with any amount of golden not to shake. They're gonna do it. You cannot stop them. That and the classic golden pant!

Our first family dog was a goofy Chesapeake Bay retriever and his pants sounded JUST LIKE THAT!! I swear down to the exact catches when she licked her lips and everything she sounded exactly like him!

I have recently discovered your channel and it has been a lifesaver for me. Our dog of 15 years was sadly riddled with tumours back in August and we had to say goodbye to her. I have found it very hard to deal with and the grieving process has been unlike anything else I've experienced in my life. It is still a bit too early for some of the family for us to get a new dog, so binge watching videos on your two channels has honestly helped me so, so much. You are an incredible person and your videos are so wonderful to watch, both the shorter ones and the longer formatted ones on your other channel. Thank you for this incredible work that you do, and for sharing these glorious pets with us all across the world. I'm not sure you realise how much of a help these videos have been not only for my grieving process but also my mental health.
I have had similar thoughts myself. Her humor is soft and engaging (not mean spirited like most everything else in this world today). Thank you for having the courage to share it.

I got the golden and labrador part, but I didn’t realize that she also had some Newfoundland in her until you said. What a beautiful girl; she wears that Happy Hoodie so well, too. She should model a whole variety of Happy Hoodies, because the hoodie makes her look extra happy!

Notice the gloominess and strong wrinkles of the forehead and eyebrows - I couldn't place it but def something other than lab/retriver character. So it's a newfie.

My bulldog has a semi permanent smile but also super watery eyes so she looks like she just laughed so hard she cried

The golden retriever part was pretty obvious, and I guessed Newfie based on her love of water, but I didn't guess she was part lab! I was thinking she must be mixed with some larger breed, since her head and paws are so large. No matter what, though, she is the sweetest girl and deserves all the treats 🥰️

Her face looks very much my like beloved (and missed!) Brandy, a redish Golden Retriever, who was the most gentle and eager-to-please dog I've ever known.
The face, to me screams Labrador Retriever and I was thinking maybe Golden or a something more on the shaggy side (maybe Irish Setter but not sure with that coloration). But Newfie also? Honestly, I'd like to see her get some good training and see what she could do in retrieving competition. She definitely has the bloodline for it. If nothing else, she is going to make someone a very beloved member of the family for many years to come.

I see a lot of Golden Retriever in her, but I do see a bit of Labrador Retriever too. I see it in the fur, the personality, and the head shape. I also did see a bit of Newfoundland in her, since she has those short fluffy ears and has a lot of fur. I also noticed it in her personality.

What an absolute darling . She is composed of three wonderful breeds , so her behaviour comes as no surprise .All three breed are certainly not adverse to water.
I knew it the second I saw her! My dearly departed Rocket was a golden retriever & yellow lab mix. He was the smartest boy & extremely well behaved ( most of the time, lol).
The golden part was pretty obvious. I knew she was part lab when she enjoyed being blow-dried at the top of her tail. My lab loves scratches and butt/top of tail is a non-negotiable. She also complies to anything as long as she sniffs first.

She reminds me of Riley, my childhood yellow lab. Though Riley actually hated water and baths. But she was such a sweetie. She was also huge. She was definitely a full lab, but she was whatever the opposite of a runt was. She had nine littermates and she was head and shoulders above all of them. My sister used to call her a horse.
I would love for you to groom my mutt. She’s part corgi, part cairn terrier, and something else. She’s a chaos machine but she has more love in her heart than any dog I’ve met. Also, she’s Brindle, and I feel like I don’t see a lot of brindle dogs!
