thanks for showing this. so i was planning on playing dark urge resist as second playthrough and romance gale but i think i want to experience the halsin pure romance after seeing this. i really want this ending, sounds like something i would really do myself if i could choose. i romanced him together with astarion in the first playthrough and i realized i liked him more than astarion :-D i mean they are both great but halsin generally a more fitting to me as a real person not some character made up. :-D so thanks, i cant wait to start my next playthrough.
you are very welcome, I have had similar playthroughs, Astarian and Halsin is nice but wanted Halsin alone (Shadowheart and Halsin is also really nice), and Gale playthrough is lovely with the new proposal cinematic at the end.
Most start like this, with Gale is different as you get the proposal, with the others it is a variation depending on if you want to continue your relationship, then you leave with them
Kinda painful to think that it’s probably a goodbye s3x for him when he made love with us the night prior. . This is what separates Halsin from the rest. His not selfish. Every opinion, every choice from Tav is honored by him 🥹💚 his such a green flag it’s insane

You can get it with most of the companions, (Not with Laezel if you fly off with the gith), but everyone else i think. Have got it with Astarian, they are all slightly different but all start with waking up in the bed.

This scene triggers after the fight with the netherbrain, you have to kill the brain, then dont go with Laezel or Karlach. You then get the city celebrating then this is the next morning.

Do you have to choose one or the other to stay with or can you still be with them together at the end like you can go with wholesome but you can also still do the adventures with Astarion trying to find a way for him to be back in the sun?
I have done this, I got the Halsin scene first and said I would go with him, then the Astarian scene and said I would stay with him, then in the epilogue I was with Astarian, but could still kiss Halsin.

@@samantha_shaw maybe they changed it or i accidentally skipped the halsin room somehow because i was in polygamy with both and i only saw the astarion seen and was a bit annoyed at not seeing both. i wish we could have a true poly and have the room scene with both of them being in the bed with me. well, at least i could kiss him at the party too, so i told my character we will be paying him more regular visits from now on after the party ends :-D

Oh i'm so sorry, I had that with a previous save, and not sure i did anything different, the scene is new and might still be bugged for some and any mods could cause problems after patch 6 which has effected alot of mods. I was romancing both Astarian and Halsin in this run , not sure whether that caused a difference or not.
You should get the scene after you kill the netherbrain, have the scene on the docks and then the summary of the city celebrating, you then get this scene with whatever companions you have romanced (unless it is Karlach or Wyll who go to the hells), it will only happen if you have patch 6 installed, also some updates and or mods have caused problems with the scene triggering.

This scene was added in patch 6 , after defeating the netherbrain and the scene with the city celebrating, this scene triggers as the next morning assuming you have romanced Halsin, it never says where it is but assume it is in the Inn.
This scene is after you kill the netherbrain, after the city has celebrated killing the mindflayers, you get it with whichever companion you have romanced. The scene is slightly different depending on the person
They are the blue underwear with the straps from Figaro's clothing store, plus the camp trousers from act 1, all dyed forest green, suits him and looks a little different to the other clothes.
You can be in a monogamous relationship with him and you get dialogue with him that he is only interested in you in the epilogue, no longer interested in others.

Yes, the new epilogue has him committed to you fully and settled down not wanting to roam.
