Nice tutorial I am planning to build clocks in wood / plastic, and I see the wall clocks on your wall that look really good I already have a CNC and have started learning FreeCad (Ideally I just want to learn one product and use that for all design, if possible) Are you using FreeCad for all the design work for those clocks ? or are you also using other software to complete the whole clock ? Do you also design all the escapements on FreeCad ? Do you use some form of animation so that you can verify your mechanical motion visually before cutting all the components Many thanks for any help and pointers Jacques

I am very new to FreeCAD but could not duplicate your tutorial. For one thing, I could not add fcgear - not in the list. How can I obtain that? Also, you appear to get a different selection of tools for part design and part. You explained the gears extremely well, but not the details of actually constructing them. Thank you for making tutorials too!

Excellent video. One problem. Some of us have poor eye vision and cant follow the Very small and Fast pointer. At times it just disappear. Could you make it bigger and color red. Red is easier to follow. Thank You
